Before I ran I sued hit the gym 3-4 times a week - always liked it so thought I’d invest for life. It’s at my work (I run my own biz) so a bit easier to grab a quick session. Strength has been a huge help to my progression - do you do much?

@@ultrarunneradam I do a couple of strength and conditiong sessions a week, no weights at the moment but body weight and core exercises which I've found has made a massive difference especially one set of exercises that a physio gave me when I was injured a couple of years ago that focuses on knees and Ankles and now I do them religiously
