The wind was so bad in Flagstaff that after we got diesel and got back in the van Whit couldn’t shut her driver door because a wind tunnel was happening between the van and pump 🤣 thanks for watching! 🙏🏻

What a beautiful spot! I used to enjoy drinking alcohol often but I really hardly drink anymore, even when I go to spend a weekend with my family. It's not weird to not want to drink alcohol. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of this adventure!

Last year we drove through AZ from CA/NV (in our Entegra Launch) towards flagstaff, sedona, then out towards NM. Holy hell were crosswinds (and potholes!) insane.. really have to slow down in certain areas. Lol at the food cheers. Me and my wife do the same thing, almost every time. Not weird at all about the not drinking. We stopped a few years ago and never looked back. When you're in your 30s, starting to approach 40, your recovery for alcohol takes multiple days. Not a good trade off, and it affects your sleep. We do kava and kratom though as a substitute and the latter option is polarizing for some, as it can be addictive for some personality types. However, we sleep great on it and they both act awesome as social lubricants. There are also so many options in the plant and mycelium world to take or microdose that have very little in the way of adverse side effects… and some of them can be found in your health food store (ie lions mane for energy)!
The crosswinds in the past two years have just been absolutely horrible, especially with these vans just because they’re so tall. Finally after two years, I think we’ve decided to go ahead and install the van compass suspension, which should really help with that. Yeah, we both have really never been drinkers and Whitney did it in her younger college days and probably got it out of her system then but we both don’t like the taste of it as much so we’re happy that there are others like us! Funny thing about the lions mane mushroom just ordered some focus pills to help during the middle of the day when we get brain fog so we’re excited to try those! Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
Great video! What a beautiful location, hope to visit there one day. Just fyi, i think there's valley fever all over the southwest, so if her condition worsens, might wanna get that checked out. It's carried in strong winds. Also, those microphones handled the wind impeccably! What are they and did you have do a lot of editing on it in post to get it so clear? I need to find a lav mic soon... safe travels!
We think we just had a bad cold. We’re all better now! The GoPro we use the Mod case and then the DJI Mics! They are great so far! Not to much editing when it comes to the voices we just use the voice isolation in Final Cut Pro! Thanks for watching! 🙏🏻
