I've owned 4 audis and I recently bought this 2011 Audi a4 with a manual transmission and I can honestly say this is by far my favorite car I've ever owned, once you buy an Audi you never want anything else
I like this host. She seems to know her stuff car-wise, including the proper jargon. She has a very pleasant demeaor, nice delivery, and ain't hard on the eyes at all. Looking forward to more reviews from her.
I've seen a white Audi a4 in sema 2010 i couldn't get my mind off it it looked dope hopefully one day I'll be blessed to afford one of these amazing machine's

Gotta love the torque figure on that engine. Notice how many companies are replacing the 6cyl's with direct injection turbo 4cyls because of the driveability (even BMW is!). The A4 is too expensive fully loaded like this for my money (you could get a preowned S4 for a similar price), but at entry level or with a few options it's a great buy. At least you still get more for your money than BMW will give you at any trim level. BTW, love the blacked-out look on this car, titanium package??
To all you Emmie haters. I was thrilled to meet her last week. I was in Washington for business and saw her near my office. I recognized her by her hair and her great boots. I don't care about the engine. 0-60 in 6.6 seconds... Sounds fast to me -_- These cars handle beautify and they're just a blast to drive. Being a new driver it was scary at first because I'm not use to new cars, but once I got use to the feel nothing could bring down my huge smile:) Super stylish inside and out, excellent handling, tiptronic, and comfortable. It's the perfect car.
Great review Emme, I guess we all got used to Jessy´s style, but I think all you guys do a great job. It´d be nice to have some comparisons and I also felt that you were holding back a little in this review and you are great just eing yourself.
She asked how does audi pack power into a "4 banger"?? Uuuuugh something called supercharged engine! Great review though! Love the audis unique interior probably the best out there!
The black front grill is a great touch that sets off the look of everything else. The "RS" style wheels = good idea. LED tail lights?, also a good idea. Would like to have seen the 265HP variant of the 2.0 engine found in the S3/Golf R available. In any case, this car is nearly perfect in my opinion.
@jwatwater I'm with you there. I think Audi's key system in this vehicle is very clumsily designed. Another magazine had some trouble with it in their testing.
You would think so, but that's not the case. I just priced an Audi on the German website to compare prices. A TFSI 2.0L Quattro A4 with no extras is MSRP is 38,960 Euros, which is >50K USD. Same car in the USA is only 30,000 Euros (38k USD) with no extras.
"Audi's unique key system" uhm... not really, everyone is doing that keyless go thing (which I dont care for, how much effort does it take to turn a key?) but I LOVE your reviews, I like all the reviwers. awesome channel.
I agree some of the 2011 audi's get a lil more gas mileage than 29 city, more like 31 city! This is a great car and my 2nd fav right next to the bmw328i 2012!
@5233andy Cars are always cheaper in the US. Here in Europe, also the prices (of our own german cars so-to-speak) are 30-50% higher compared to US. And countries like Norway or Singapore have double the price from US for the same car.
@PassionOfTheMan I went from a nicely appointed interior A4 to the WRX. With 300 less pounds and 75 more Hp (older 2.8l version) I can assure you - I could care less about the plasticky interior. Also - if you drive it nicely -28mpg is totally doable. But ohh... The woosh!! Very addictive = 15mpg or less:)
I love the Audi, what about the new S4? Any changes? Too bad I'm too big for one. :( I can't wait for the new S8! I wish they would bring the RS6 here. I'd buy one in a heart beat!
Really clean and desirable design...I am not sure why dont they focus on A6 so much..I mean I know Audi prefer to have underrated designs but A6 just looks downclass compared to rivals

FWD will get you everywhere safely, quattro would only give you better handling in curves. I've got the A4 FWD here in Germany, and for normal everyday driving FWD is perfect.
Great review, thank you so much. I'm in the market for one right now and not sure whether I should go with the A4 or the more sporty S4. I don't drive like a maniac and I do drive a lot so, fuel consumption does matter to me. Any suggestion?
They say that this car was great in the snow...but on the Audi website it says those are performance tires that are in the "Titanium Package." Can you order this package with all season tires?
Quattro will give you better take off acceleration. FWD model has a CVT, which Nissan seems to be having a lot of issues with. Not sure if Audi has been having issues with CVT.
Emme how does a A4 compare to the FX50S, I know there not the same class or even the same type of vehicle but if it was your money on the line, what would you choose.
seems like a great car .. interiour, boot, engine, design, great.. it will probably sell better than the Mercedes C class and BMW series-3 - and here in denmark, A4's are very popular due to: We have a lot of rain all year long.. the Quattro 4-wheel drive is great on rainy roads, the car sticks like glue - neighter matching cars from bmw or mercedes can compete with that.
