@@TankTheTech I am (happily) married to my wife for over 12 years now and you know what: Every single time I see an incoming call from my lovely wife I immediately start thinking „What did I forget?“ or „What did I wrong this time?“ 😂😂😅 Btw: What a great episode, y‘all killed it again! And you getting some „Lärm“ from the crowd -> Goosebumps 🙏 I‘m following you for roughly around the time Jay Weinberg got kicked out of Slipknot and since then enjoyed every single video, but especially these Tour Vlogs! 👏 And btw: Your German pronunciation is really really good and I, being a 45 year old German, can judge that a little bit 🥴😉 German is such a complicated and often strange and not logical language to learn, so you‘re doing a great job for sure! Can’t wait to see the Tour Vlogs from the „other side of the pond“, so please don’t stop making them and if I would have a wish for free: Make them even longer 🥴 All the best to you and your family from Bavaria/Germany 🇩🇪, Philipp 👋 EDIT: Did the guy in the blue jacket (at around 40:06min) lose his In-Ear unit? I saw something dangling around from his trousers…
Heh, as soon as they mentioned cake, I bet I knew what that was. My partner's Austrian so I wanted to learn more about the food. Got as far as Sachertorte and knew it was something I had to try. We went to the hotel and had a slice with cream and coffees and it's sooo good!
I feel like it’s the equivalent of us Europeans trying all the US-exclusive fast food restaurant when we visit the states :D He’s getting a taste of everything haha
NGL I teared up a little when Nico brought you on stage. It's so heart warming to see how much the band and crew and all the fans really appreciate you Tank. I've loved all of these vlogs, between these ones and the ones from the band it's inspired me to try and refresh my German again.
I absolutely love the fact that pyro is NOT having fun and jamming. Absolut Pro. People are relying on his total focus not for entertainment but for safety and his whole demeanor shows that they can depend on the guy 100%.
I can only speak for myself, but I would really like to see you working on the US Tour and learn more about that too. This Vlog is one of the most interesting I've seen in a long time as a metal fan and general fan of live shows. Please keep going. Its really eyeopening.
CHRIZZLY GOT THE FLAG! I love that you kept that in, I didn’t know I needed the answer! It’s awesome that you make these and include us on this journey. Makes me want to go to concerts even more now that I can see a portion of how they work. Keep it up brother! Much love from Texas
Honestly with how much Tank giggles, he could be like the ending of Monsters Inc where they use kids laughter for power. If anyone gets what I mean lol
You know you're doing something right when you're doubled over in laughter while at work. I love that people were asking you for high fives as you're following Nico in the barricade.
I have no clue what the band was saying when they brought you out on stage, but I felt the emotion and my eyes started to leak. Just shows how good of a person you are and they appreciate the work you do for them. Makes me appreciate the band even more. Keep up the good work Tank. I look forward to these when you put them out.
In the days of streaming and binging shows, it's been YEARS since I've had that "I can't wait for the next episode to drop!" Thanks for the nostalgia of reigniting that feeling, Tank! 😂 God I love these vlogs
Thank you for taking us on this journey with you in all your great vlogs, & of course, big thanks to all the hard work by You, the entire Crew, & Electric Callboy. Very Respectfully, LadyAnne
Another great view behind the scenes. Thank you Tank and EC for this opportunity. You can imagine how exhausting a show for the band and crew members is and that they really give 100% on stage for the audience. Thank you so much! Tomorrow I will join the first installment of the Tekkno movie at Lichtburg in Essen (Nico‘s home town) - will be a blast for sure!
David's first job was working around the blast furnace of the steel mill. Then HR found out how handsome and personable he is and moved him to recruitment.
I'm kinda realizing that if Tank does end up TMing for the band full-time, he might end up almost as famous as the band themselves, especially if he keeps vlogging it. There's already people yelling whenever they see him on stage, and this is basically the first tour.
There was so much here to be grateful for, as someone who was at the show - it was one of the best nights of my life, and now it's like I have an additional bank of memories to draw from. The way all the crew treat each other, the gratitude and emotions of Nico throughout the show, seeing what I saw from the opposite angle (I was barrier deep stage left). But best of all was a moment I feel like I almost hallucinated, when David came by and high fived everyone including me. Now it is on camera. I'm so glad Nico and Kevin got you up in front of everyone, even if it was probably a bit mortifying in the moment, because I was so happy to cheer for you. Thank you, Tank, for helping preserve my memory of this night forever.
on a less emotional note, i love watching MC Thunder jumping section from stage so fucking much, it looks amazing when the crowd can figure out right and left and count to 8 lmao
Dear Tank. I usually dont comment on videos. These tour vlogs have been phenomenal. I hope you keep you with your friendly self snd smile and keep doing these vlogs. Lately I have found myself in a slump of depression. If anything. Watching a tour vlog has brought been almost therapeutic. So with that being said and you not knowing what to do yet for the future. Please know that these vlogs are very well recieved and me aswell as many others really enjoy them!
I forget which reaction channel said this, but it was something to the effect of “it’s amazing how Electric Callboy can fit so much joy into a music video” I think that’s a pretty good way to describe these vlogs. So many good vibes and so much wholesomeness! A 60-minute goes by in the blink of an eye.
When Nico and Kevin mentioned during the concert that this show had been their biggest headliner show ever, I couldn't believe that after I saw the crowd from your Stuttgart VLOG. But damn, the Stadthalle looks so much more packed through your camera and from the stage than from the audience perspective 😅 Also seeing it completely empty for once is kinda weird and mesmerizing at the same time. It's so nice that you do these VLOGs. I really appreciate that you share these insights with us 😊
I know that i'm just a random name among hundreets of names that leave a comment under your Videos, but you cannot imagine how much it means to me to see y'all having a good time, enjoy your work and spread love among the crew. It feels every time like i can be a part of this group, full of nice people. Most times when i watch your vlogs i lay in bed and cannot stop smiling the whole hour. I really appreciate the work you put in here. Thank you a lot!
YEEEEEES!!!!! I was hopping for them to bring you on stage! What a moment! What a gesture of appreciation! Best way to make you part of the team. Im so happy for you Tank!
Tank honestly. These vlogs are the most interesting and entertaining videos/series I've seen for years. I genuinely hope you vlog every show you manage from here on out 🤘
Cannot be grateful enough for tank literally breaking his own record of the time length of individual video every time!😆🌹 Love every second of your video sooooo much💖
It must be a blessing in itself to just be around people that like thier job as much as you do! Doesnt seem to be any negativity! Everybody seems to always be in a good mood even when its gets stressful! Congratulations tank! You definitely earned and deserve the spot your in! An even Willy likes people now!
Hearing about the positive vibes in the crew and all the handshakes and rituals you mentioned in your US Tour Recap was cool, but seeing it happen, in these vlogs is really heartwarming.
Love it! This venue is literally one subway stop away from me. Despite our reputation we people from Vienna are very nice and helpful, so I will teach you the most important viennese word: Oida (pronounced oy-duh). Which means something like „dude!“, but in all ways you can use „dude“. From anger to surprise to disbelief 😂
Omg xD Oida means whoops(English) in Norwegian. hahaha. xD We write it like Oida also. Like if I bump into someone: Oida, sorry/unnskyld. (Whoops, sorry). xD
I got goosebumps when Nico brought you on stage. Easy to tell you got an amazing chemistry with the band. Anyway... You deserve all the recognition and love for the work you do, Tank. And thank you for all the footage behind the scenes
People dogging on reaction channels nowadays. Look at how much pure joy Tank brings to people’s lives. Without this channel, he would’ve been just another roadie cleaning up after the band. But we all know and love him as Tank! 🎉❤
I'm so, so excited for the Boston show. I'd never heard of Electric Callboy til your videos popped up in my feed and I'm so glad. All of you seem like such rad dudes!
Love the longer video; I can't get enough of these. It's cool that every show day has a similar rhythm but still feels unique. I loved when Nico pulled you in front of the crowd. It was in in EC's Instagram stories and I knew there was no way you'd leave that out of a vlog. ❤ And everyones handshakes! Thanks so much for including those. Nico and Pascal's is hilarious.😂
Cheesus! What a not-in-style way to eat a Sachertorte! If you ever get to go to Vienna and don't have to work, I'd recommend you dress in your finest and go to the Hotel Sacher to eat a piece of Sachertorte there! That's a bit of a different environment than a nightliner 🤣 But hey, you do what you can - and that is touring. Love the vlogs! If the bands you work with let you, do it, no matter where in the world you are! It's a great thing for people who have no idea of shows to get a look at how this stuff is done.
I absolutely adore all of these people, not just the band but the crew too. All are such great individuals. To me this looks like the best workplace ever. 🖤
Willy definitely is my spirit animal now. And you influenced me to buy tickets to another EC concert Tank! I should save to buy a new smartphone but rather come and see you guys again this summer ! 😂
Tank: Perfectly pronounces "Guten Morgen meine Freunde" Also tank: Excuses himself for allegedly being lazy Dude, that was perfect, you can be understood better than 90% of native speakers.
Always impressed by pyro techs. So much danger and just chilling there like it’s a random Tuesday lol. Had a feeling Nico was going to bring you in front of the crowd. I think our boy likes you a bit 😂.
Dude, how cool to get called out and appreciated by Nico DURING the concert! The crowd was quite happy to see you, too! 🔥 Another great vid, Tank, thanks so much for sharing!
Honestly, the number of favourite bands I've found by showing up for the support acts and not just the headliners is absurd. I get sometimes running late, but otherwise I'll take 3 bands for the price of 1 please
A Sacher! Now I’m jealous…it’s great to see you so much in your element, clearly enjoying being back to work - I love hearing you giggling and sounding so happy. What a journey, I remember the first reactions when your channel was new and we all were battling corona 💜
As someone that found you on my recommends because of the Backstage Roady content I have to say this has scratched that behind the scenes itch. Thank you so much for letting us into a tour / your life with such a positive but down to earth outlook.
When he said Tank and the crowd started to applaud while you were cleaning up the spill the only thing I could think about was the episode of Spongebob when he was mopping to applause. Had me dying
This has easiest become my most fun to watch and most looking forward content of youtube. I LOVE Tanks behind the scenes. Who thought of that 2 years ago after seeing him react to the first music videos, that's so awesome. I hope you become part of the band forever - and I would love to see you experiencing Europe outside of the tour, too! If you ever want to move here - that would be awesome. You fit so well, here to Germany but also especially to Electric Callboy. You are like a 7th band member!
The cake is no joke, when my parents were in Vienna my stepdad brought three of those cakes back home to Finland lol. Thank you for the vlogs Tank, it’s so much fun to see a glimpse of all the million things that go into putting up a show like this! Safe travels🖤
I was at the concert, but it gave me litteral goosebumps now that I saw it again, because I didn't realize the crowd was that loud O_o Also loved seeing you on stage there, such a wholesome gesture.
It's so funny, after seeing your last vlogs it's like we're coming to work with you and it feels kind of homey :D Like "yeah, now we hang up the signs, now we help Nico change, now we collect the drinks, now we put this away, it belongs in here..." It's like we as the audience are part of the crew now, too! It's so interesting to see everything you do on a tour day, thanks for taking us with you. It's always so much fun
Damn, every single one of your EC vlogs gets me and puts a smile on my face, such a damn nice band and crew. When the crowd recognized you when you put the drinks onto the stage, and when Nico and Kevin got you in front of them in the middle of the concert.... Großartig! Hope to see this myself on the next EC tour in Germany!
I am watching this video for the 4th time now (and the Sachertorte part at the end surely for the 6th-7th time)... I love this so much and am dreading the time when there will be no new uploads because Tank & Electric Callboy are not touring together for a while...
I've learned so much and the insights BTS that this video series has given me are nothing short of amazing. In my 36 years on this planet, I always thought of the Rock Star life as way more glamorous and that the bands whenever they leave stage go to a nice lounge area in the back with cigars and whisky. Lol. Never really gave it a second thought and little did I know that backstage actually means backstage! Thank you Tank! I wish I could've been there but you bet I'll get tickets for 2025.
Idk how i stumbled upon this amazing channel... I've never listen to this group before and I don't even know who you are lol but I've been watching the past 4 videos and the energy you carry is very positive and spreads across the screen lol.... glad you get to go home and be with your family back at home! Best feeling ever after being gone so long.
Thanks for letting me relive what is almost certainly the best concert I have attended. At least until EC rolls through again. These vlogs have been a real treat.
I cant tell you how much i look forward to these. Please keep doing these on the north American tour. Sad you guys aren't coming to denver but i know they will be back.
It's just amazing how all of you come together into one big happy family. When they called you back on stage was magical, and I'm just watching the video I can only imagine how it made you feel. The band, crew, and you are filled with so much happiness and positivity. I've seen other artists who are just there for the paycheck, and others who are there for the love of performing and the interactions with the fans/crowds. This is truly one of those bands that appreciates the fans and loves performing for them. Keep up the wonderful blogs.
Please don't stop vlogging. This is the best vlog all over youtube and i would love to see some vlog from home as well. keep what you are doing. you are awesome!
I saw Sting there on 'Nothing like the Sun' tour. as a kiddo... Great acoustics, historical venue! Like the : "Where iz za...ää .. Produktionsbüro??" " the what??" 🙂
I am loving the background insight. I can imagine when/if the band sees these that they are loving seeing everything that they don’t during a show. The amount of work you and everyone does is mind blowing.
Thanks for all the Behind the Scenes Footage. Also thanks to the Band, that they are allowing this.. Just a Quick Note on Eggs with Sriratscha. Just include it in the eggs before you clapping them. The Taste goes fully inside the eggs. German Bread with Butter, Salt and Pepper on it and get the eggs on the bread. Delicious 😁 Have a good, rememberable last show and a save trip home. Enjoy your family time. "JA"? Your german pronounciation gets really good. Cant wait for the NA Tour Footage. See ya 😁
I was wondering if you and Christian had gotten to know each other since you're both (in different ways) documenting the tour, so it's good to see you have a friendship. I don't know why I thought there might be a competition between you two, but it's good to see you get along as well as everyone else. Truly a second-family over there. Also VR Pascal is hilarious. Okay, and "Meine Frau" made me literally LOL too.
I only have gig experiences in Finland but getting to venue early is a must if you want to be at the front with your drink. I am in Wheelchair so being at the barricade is a must at club shows
The multi camera shots were very nice. Definitely request more in the future, thinking 2 gopro and the tank cam. Love all the vlogs man, keep up the great work! Nico calling you up by name was very touching, seeing the respect and love across the board is great.
Tank is a GOAT when it comes behind the scenes. I don't think anyone goes this in depth wish people would because us fans would love to know what it's like as Roadie
While I'm not from Vienna per se, I live close enough to consider it home turf, and naturally I'm very familiar with the venue, so this gave me a kick. :) God, I love how chill, appreciative and friendly everyone is. Must be awesome working with these dudes.
Oh Nico talking about giving all and being so passionate made me almost want to cry. I've been to Cologne last year and it was insane. Without hasitation I will call it the best show I've been to in my whole life.
the way you manhandled that Sachertorte had me worried, but it was packaged well. Then you tear into it like a barbarian. Duuuuude. Love the vlogs, love hanging out with you and all those crazy Germans. I hope you'll continue with these BTS vids when you're on the US tour. It just occurred to me that if you combine the first part of your moniker with what Nico called you when he called you onstage you get the name of a famous metal vocalist.
Man your German pronunciation got so good compared to the first time I heard you. I remember my wife learning German. She is American and she cried a view times learning that language, because it’s so damn hard. 😂
You're such a good dude Tank. You do so much for the band and you can tell they genuinely appreciate they heck out of you. Thanks for taking us along for the ride and showing us the stuff no one else gets to see behind the stage. Love your videos so much man.
I waited for it, great to see my home venue from the other side and also your impressions of it. The show was insane, great job and also lovely moment as the band got you up Front in the Stage ❤
Just wanted to say I have never heard of this band until your vlog, so if they ever give you any guff over filming you can remind them that you are bringing them new fans because I like them, seem like good people and you too Tank, enjoying the videos alot. Thanks man.
This was definitely the best vlog yet. I just can't get enough. although, you made me feel so old when talking to David about your ages. I have two kids older than both of you. Please tell me that EC is going to be playing Louder Than Life this year. My daughter wants to take me for my birthday, and it would be so awesome to see EC- and you- there. ❤🔥
That was a fun watch! So many cool moments.. That cake at the end looked absolutely divine! Loved seeing your perspective when you got called on stage as well! Core memory for you I'm sure!
@@tcarlberg Yeah, i hate that RU-vid does that. Found out that once. Never edited a comment again after a like from the YT channel. So I corrected myself in my comment below :c
