I do want to point out that I've been watching watching drag racing my whole life from NHRA to Street been watching y'all since season 1 episode 1 but I too personally love to watch stuff being built yall do a good job on it all keep it up

I love drag racing have for years i like all racing dut i cant afford drag racing i gues ot would be more fair to say only racers love racing i dont get deep into burnout stuff as much seems like alot of money spent to burn up more money

Speaking for myself and no offense to anyone else or if you did pick up a square body but I feel like everyone and their Gma are doing a square bodies these days. Did you ever consider doing something older maybe from the ‘55-‘66. I always liked the Apache trucks, heck a 55 to match your car would be pretty sweet too.

To be fair by the time your NPK recap video on your Great 8 wins dropped your Die hard fans (like myself) had already watched that Live or gotten one of the hundreds of recaps that were already released. Which we all totally understand you only have so much time in a day. So please don't go solely off the analytics we love everything from race to shop to live just keep it coming. Mallory has been doing a great job putting out little bits on content everywhere and its awesome.

I like the racing kind of more……but I really like the projects that end getting raced. Aiden’s Chevelle was a perfect example….it was a typical and very relatable sbc deal that you guys did a build on and raced and showed us the progress along the way. And to be honest I can’t wait to see more of it and how it runs now with the LS…..so please don’t run it NT, you got to show us some numbers on it lol

It's not that we don't love racing more people can relate to shop stuff it's inspirational for us to go work on our junk in the shop.

I don't watch the NPK and other Street outlaw RU-vid stuff because I don't want to know the results before the show airs. Watching your shop and road trip stuff is like hanging out in a shop. Most other channels don't just hang out and chit chat like ya'll do while working.

I'm a diehard drag racing guy but I don't just watch for that content. Your videos take me back to my younger years when my dad, my friends and I spent every waking moment just being car guys. Seeing how you are with Aiden, Dalton and all the other young guys that hang around gives me hope for the future. You are doing a model job of parenting to those kids. Keep up the good work and the great content. I for one will always be here.

I love the racing. Having said that, Shawn has that coolness factor that the other guys don't have. He doesn't take himself too serious and occasionally will kick steel with a flip-flop on. I'm not a donk fan, but I watch because there will be something cool happening or being talked about.

I love seeing npk street out laws I love it but at the end of the day we are car guys. But we love to see the builds something that we all could relate to. Thank you Murder Nova and Phantom for never stoping 😂🤣 as much as I wish you guys could take a BRAKE but I think we would all miss you guys to much. Most of us could relate to you guys most of us have family with full time jobs, as a full time mechanic and working every Saturday and Sunday and still make time for both my sons and my Daughter and my own build going on 😅. Actually I guess I'm the only one then, I don't love burnouts... find it boring to be honest. I love the track content on this channel... even though I'll watch it on tv and by then forget what happens lol. It's a good look behind the scenes of what happens on the show. The builds are great too of course, but the racing is my favorite part.

I enjoy it all and watch anything you put out. Maybe it’s purely coincidence but seems like the race program turned a corner when the vids went to the back burner over the summer. Change of pace for the channel watching the NPK vids so long after they happened but happy to wait for vids after seeing the success this year. Think having Mallory helping now will go a long way in letting Phantom focusing more on the cars. At some point SO and NPK will all come to an end and you’ll need the 187 brand to continue providing for your families, so whatever is best for the racing and future of 187 Customs is what’s best for business. Looking forward to everything you all bring us in 2024!

I watch a lot of the Aussie skid cars (summernats was this past week) they go with way more power than is needed, usually blown alcohol as well to keep temps down. I wouldn't doubt if they have dual oil coolers, and a large trans cooler...

I do burnouts in Australia all ya need is N/A 400hp LS, T400 transmission, full spool diff with 3.7, 3.9 of 4.11 gears, strong tailshaft, remove the rear brakes and abs delete and youre ready to party!! Also tub your quarters

Hey guys, speak of burnouts, you definitely should check out Cleetus McFarland's content and check out some of his events, if you can find a little time to do so. He puts on hella good events, especially burnout competitions like the Australians do. Even Vice Grip Garage Derek Bieri, top fuel Clay Millican and other racers have done an Cleetus McFarland's race event. Also, you definitely should be that person that begs to get into sick week. There's a blast!. As always, great content fellas!

"STALE" you are right about being more diverse and your audience enjoying it, the racing and its format is just a little stale and the outcome is pretty much always the same, the Australia thing was cool because it was different I am a racer. Look at Garrett Mitchel [Cletus McFarland] his primary is drag racing but he does stuff all over the place. You tune in because you never know what he is going to be doing that day it is never just the same old thing, now he has over 7 million on his platforms and has done that in just the last few years. As you said about the shop doing well you don't know the outcome and what is going to happen so it is interesting, curiosity working and racing with your son getting more family stuff.I would suspect Jeff Lutz is doing pretty good he does stuff all over the place. I follow growth patterns learning about RU-vid here is a benchmark if you had two shows on at the same time what would do you think most people would watch first NPK or Clettus check the stats. Just a thought, consider a drag and drive or something similar being out in public.

Here's a concoction of simplicity for yall 421 sbc 8.5:1 all billet rotating assembly with a Hampton Blowers blower setup and dual carbs.. its not only street able but also race able and could be used for doing burnouts with the right cam and cylinder head.. guaranteed 500 to 600 hp.

Not to sound like a RU-vid manager, but the reason the drag racing views are low is because the average person can't do it. NPK might as well be the NH&RA at this point. People watch things because they are interested in doing the activity. Cleetus gets higher view counts on his drag racing videos because the cars look more obtainable. (Some are and some aren't) If you want to appeal to more viewers, think about doing a sick week or RMRW. The reason RU-vidrs do so well is because the viewer has the possibility of running in the same circles. Lower the barrier to entry, and the views go up.

Love drag racing but 100k plus cars aren’t relatable to me personally. And I’ll be honest I don’t watch npk or street outlaws because it seemed not real. And the cry babies. But I watch you on the RU-vid, I like the builds yall do.

I figured out that only drag racers love drag racing back during my first marriage, I had a 28” tire fox body, built a big tire 70 Nova BBC and couldn’t get my family to go to a race. It was boring for them to set and wait to watch me make a pass every couple hours. Me and my dad were the only ones going to the track.

Guys you already know Garret "Cleetus" he has half a dozen burnout cars some are Supercharged some are N/A he runs Burnout comps at all his races and meets just give him a call and look at his Channel and he will put you right on what's needed for a burnout car without spending big buck's.

He's right, I pass up all the stuff at the track, to watch the stuff in the shop. And I LOVE racing, just watching in person or racing my shit.

Please do not build a rev limiter bashing POS. Do your research and build it right. If you are just sitting on that limiter the whole burnout, you are doing it WRONG! You should barely if ever even get on it.

Personally I like both drag racing and shop time. But if you want to keep your audience you need to be consistent. If your inconsistent producing content your viewers will find other content to watch. They don't have to be an hour long, short updates are fine. PS I must be a total moron because I don't get watching burnouts. When you've seen one you've seen them all. Doing burnouts is fun, watching not so much.
