I genuinely believe that the difficulty of making up a new Kirby game becomes even harder not because of Nintendo trying to find new ways for a Kirby game to be unique, but because they would need to put so much effort in outdoing themselves on the new Dedede boss theme.

I agree, something about adding sound effects as a percussion instrument really set songs a level above. BotW did that too, the intro to the Talus Fight song is pickaxe strikes on a rock

to answer the chat member who asked if Dedede was a boss in every game: no, he isn't! he doesn't appear in Amazing Mirror at all, & he doesn't have a boss fight in Crystal Shards (unless you count the single time fight when he's possessed) or Return to Dream Land for the sake of actual fights I'm counting Dedede Clone from Planet Robobot as just Dedede
