Thank you Chef and #Gozney. I picked up so many tips in less than 12 minutes. I especially like how you took the cauliflower to the next level. Your organizational time frame of when and how to cook each item so that they all come together as one is brilliant. As much as I salivated at every moment during that video, and that this is a meal I make in my dreams, there is zerooooo chance I could pull this off on my Gozney with the different temperatures. I'm confident enough in my Gozney skills to know it would be a total disaster!

I gave thumbs down. I find it a waste of a recipe, and especially of time All sacrificed in sake of the flame of a fancy oven. In your normal oven you could get similar results in less time. The only added taste is the woodfire But it's just a gimmick

I love all of it! Conventional oven is meh. Cast iron skillet and open flame is on another level, but to each his own!
