American here. I've barely heard of crackle except for a bit from the south. But never seen a recipe on RU-vid cooking channels. Deffo gonna try this one out!!
Some Americans have only rarely heard of crackling? It's the best bit of the meat! Only beaten by the beers needed during its cooking. Keep up the good work.
Wow man, that’s the best looking pork loin i have ever seen!! Never seen that cut here in Canada, will need to ask a butcher to keep the skin on!!! Looks guuuuddd!! 🤤
Hey fella , it's good to see a full vid , love the Mini vids , but this is what we are here for , I'm so doing this , cheers buddy . T U R K E Y with all the MOIST bits 😉😉😉😉
3:48 Meat coming off from the grill is that juicy? Hmm strange🤔. I can actually tell from here you added some sort of liquid to the pork to make it look juicy, way too much liquid on the cutting board. You can get lots of liquid if you cut the meat without resting it which this is not this case, the cutting board had already a lot of liquid even before you started cutting the meat. So... this is fake, good video editing skill!
Not strange at all @Rohaldos, you cannot tell I added some sort of liquid as i didn't. What you see is what I cooked and how it comes off the grill. I suggest maybe you try my method and see for yourself before making assumptions. Glad you liked the video though 🍻
I’ve been making videos all this time waiting for your approval though, this relationship shouldn’t end like this. I hope you’ll reconsider and forge forward in our union together of person making a living from making content and guy who thinks he’s a critic.
@@SchueysBBQ awe that’s adorable … you can’t handle constructive criticism. I am equally a critic of content as you are an attempted creator of it. Sorry this just isn’t the profession for you. Keep practicing if you’d like but you just know when someone’s got it …. and sadly you just don’t. Later Schoop👍🏻
