You have saved my culinary bacon on a number of occasions so I cannot be too vocal but mustard (and I love it) No! Now some lightly stewed blueberries or blackberries with no sugar I think that would work. Thanks for doing the dirty job - much appreciated!!

Wow, ive typically use venison top round for jerky or slow cooker but thought i would give this a try. It was just as good if not better than loin. Gravy for the spuds and horseradish, this dish rivaled any roast beef dinner.

Looking good, Scott! I made something similar once, only I used some homemade cherry preserves in the sauce, and no rosemary or shallots. I have a piece of venison in the freezer, so I will try making it with your sauce next time.

Definitely over done but you can't be on point 24/7. I love Coleman's but I wouldn't put it on venison. Way better than beef but seeing how it's a touch over done for me, it might be pretty good too... Cheers!

When you said 200 was high heat I realized it was Celsius... not sure what you viewership makeup is and I don’t think you should have to convert (metric is so much easier and I wish the US would switch over) but maybe just make it a point of sayin Celsius after the temps?
