15 oz can of chickpeas ( liquid reserved in case hummus is to thick)
4 bell peppers ( orange will give you more orange color, red will give you dark pink color)
1/2 cup of tahini
1/4 sunflower butter (optional)
1/4 cup of olive oil
lemon juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove if you like garlic 2 is fine
1/2-1 teaspoon of cumin
salt and black pepper for taste
and if you like winter squash ACORN
roast small winter squash with olive oil salt and pepper
add half of that small squash/acorn to your recipe. It is delicious
