Roasted Cherry Tomatoes + Simple Pasta Sauce | GARDEN TO TABLE

Too many tomatoes? I have the perfect recipe for you. I love a recipe that can be used in more than one dish. Let's walk through how I make home roasted cherry tomatoes.
WHAT YOU NEED //
Cherry Tomatoes
Seasoning of your choice (salt + pepper)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Garlic Cloves (2-3)
Baking Sheet
Parchment Paper
STEP BY STEP //
Heat the oven to 375°F (convection oven)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Chop cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters depending on size
Mince Garlic Cloves (2-3)
Mix Cherry Tomatoes and Garlic in a bowl
Coat with EVOO
Spread onto Baking
Put in preheated oven for ~30 minutes
Add to pasta, fish, tacos, nachos and more!
