It is officially zucchini harvesting season and I have some recipes for you. My kids love these baked zucchini chips and I love how healthy and simple they are. Let's get cooking!
WHAT YOU NEED //
Zucchini
Flour
Breading
Eggs
Parmesan
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Tomato Sauce to dip (recipe soon to be posted on my channel)
HOW TO GUIDE //
Heat your oven to 375° Fahrenheit (for a convection oven)
Slice your Zucchini into 1/4" rounds
Dip in Flour -- Egg -- Panko or Breading
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Put in oven for 10 minutes
Flip
Put back in for ~15 minutes or until golden brown
Top with a little salt and parmesan
Let cool
Pair with your favorite tomato sauce or salsa
