I just love fennel raw or roasted! I know by adding orange slices and the flavor will be delicious! This is one dish I look forward to making. Thank you again for another mouthwatering recipe!

How long you cook it in the oven? At which Celsius degree?

Preheat the oven to 232°-218°C. You'll cook the fennel for about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove then add other ingredients and cook another 7 to 10 minutes when it's a nice golden brown.
