Roasted Parsnips and Carrots 

I would’ve never thought of this, but it seems like a great idea. I live in the USA, so we just had our Thanksgiving holiday, and I did roast carrots, parsnips, rutabaga, and onion. It was delicious! I’ll subscribe.

These are lovely with honey and wholegrain mustard. I made some experimental ones last weekend. They got a thumbs up from the family. Christmas batch to be made today.

Do you cook carrots and parsnipsand potatoes from foes please

Do you defrost them first before they go in oven

Dont they taste of the metal tray when you put them in the freezer?
