This is how to make roasted tomato bruschetta in the oven.
Recipe:
Core out the stems of 4-5 large tomatoes and chop them up. Add some olive oil, kosher salt, and some balsamic. Toss and then place them in a parchment lined sheet pan and roast them for 35 minutes in a 350F oven.
Slice some bread and toast them in the oven. Then spread the oven roasted tomato over the bread. Sprinkle with some kosher salt and enjoy.
