During the summer I crave a lot of veggetarian dish but it's hard to find good veg dishes but this one looks amazing. Can't wait to try it. I will eat it with some Greek Pita bread when I made this dish. Yum.

I've been watching a lot of vegan youtubers recently and most of them have something against oil and salt- this was so refreshing to see! A little salt and (Greek haha) olive oil is life :)

@cassl14 I avoid oils and it totally works for me! I can adapt any recipe to take out the oil. I personally would rather eat the olive than the oil, or eat the avocado than the oil. The chemical process to make an oil it just that, a chemical process. Ps. Plus at age 50 I am effortlessly lean avoid oils! xxoo

@cassl14 it's true, vegan diet is as versatile as standart american diet. I personally like fatty dishes and vegan fast-food. Most of the vegans I know who don't like oil in their food usually are into fitness, and since oil is very calorically dense it makes sense

I'm vegetarian....I do love a lot of taste and color in my food..I don't like "hospital food", vinegar, wines, lemon, sauces, hot peppers (the peruvian ones are very good) all kind of oils galore.

I lived in Greece for a bit, had a Greek boyfriend, and I learned lots of recipes because I had to feed him (according to his mother). I loved the recipes and it's nice to remember them on your channel and cook them for myself!

Here in Greece most of them have high expectations for women to cook like their mother its kinda stereotypical .. you have to be a good cook 👩🏻‍🍳. Not all of them are .. Hope you learned some Greek recipes

Anna Rousiadou I can make a pretty good mousakka, and I make stifado for my family all the time now！Arakas latheros is my favorite easy dinner to make! yes I did not like having to cook for my boyfriend at the time, but I am grateful for having been immersed in such a beautiful culture and getting to know its people and the amazing recipes I will cook for years to come! I was lucky for the experience.

Great recipe Akis! I made this for dinner yesterday and it's perfect for the summer. What really makes this recipe amazing for me is the honey on the veggies ... so delicious. The Greek yogurt glaze is great too :)
