Ingredients needed
vermicelli /semiya-1/3cup
milk-3cups
condensed milk -100grams
*cashew nuts -6-7
*almond -5
*raisins -1tbsp
*ghee-2tbsp
*cardamom powder -1tbsp
preparation:
Heat a 2tbsp of ghee, saute the cashews and almonds & raisins until golden brown.Remove from pan.
In the same pan , saute the vermicelli on low heat
.. keep aside
Keep all the things ready... using condensed milk for this recipe ...
method:
Boil milk in a pan,add roasted vermicelli and cook
stirring until soft and tender .
once the vermicelli is cooked add condensed milk ,mix well cook for 2-3 minutes .
Add dry fruits and cardamom powder ...
payasam/vermicelli kheer is ready ...
