Nope. Rob sounds bitter. You don’t do this to a legendary player. The Steelers should’ve kept him for the rest of the year. You kicked him to the curb and you mad at where he signs? He’s a grown man and can sign wherever he wants.
Skip and Shannon: UNDISPUTED rob Parker needs to stop being a cry baby plain and simple if it was his team just like every other pats hater they would be not caring
Who was the biggest betrayal? James Harrison joining the Patriots. The Night Watch turning on Jon Snow. Seth Rollins turning on The Shield. KD Joining the 73 win Warriors. Verizon guy joining Sprint.
Victor Colon he got out played by our rookie TJ Watt & had to make room for Gilbert 🤷🏾♂️. He had about 6 other playoff teams that we're interested but still signed his life away to the Devil
RihannasBabyDad hey bruh, that's a dope as debate question you came up with. Str8 admiration bro. With that being said, I'm going with the Verizon guy betrayal.
Harrison also played for the Bengals, I don't recall anyone questioning his loyalty then. Besides Harrison is Mike Tyson esque. I wouldn't question him about anything.
E-ALITY SPEAKS actually the pats didn’t idiot the REF made the call, and after review from the review headquarters it’s clear it wasn’t a catch get over it
You're trying to defend a guy who "retired" from football, only to come back and sign with the Hated rival Bengals 3 years ago, got cut by them and then PIT brought him back. But it's the Steelers who weren't loyal. Don't act like he's the victim here, not even close...this is the second time he's pulled this.
Why does James Harrison need to be "loyal" to the Steelers after they released him how many times during his career? A cursory glance at his wiki shows he's had three stints in Pittsburgh. It's like being repeatedly dumped by a girlfriend, only to taken back every time she breaks up with her new boyfriend. No loyalty warranted there.
Harrison retired, went to rival Bengals. Bengals cut him, Steelers take him back. Harrison sleeps in meetings, refuses to mentor younger players. Steelers still keep him despite all that. Harrison asks to be released, Steelers say okay, and release him. Harrison isn’t the victim here. The Steelers have been more loyal to Harrison than Shrek was to Fiona.
I'm a dolphins fan but I still hate how much of a Patriots hater Rob Parker is. Respect the greatness that is Tom Brady and let my boy James Harrison join him.
Wawawillis Tuck Rule Spygate Deflategate and you're a dolphins fan? They've been rigging Brady's career the whole time. Evidence... How great was the dolphins before 2001? How dare you ride the nutts of a rival under cheating evidence. That's a female trait man
As a Dolphins fan, I feel the same way. Clearly, Parker, while intelligent and has knowledge of sports, is quite biased against them and just throws out "cheating" to make himself feel good.
The disappointment is because he decided to sign with the arch rival of the team he was with for years. That’s petty on the part of James Harrison and yes... disappointing
Jose A. Rosas if I was told I would get playing time and they switched up on me, I’d want out too. It’s the second time they’ve cut him. Plus he doesn’t owe them anything, major part of a sb win with that pick 6 & was apart of another one with them. Now kd on the other hand, that’s disappointing because he couldn’t win a ring for okc with a really good team that was one win away from another finals berth. And then he joined the team he chocked against lol
Hate the Patriots all you want, but the steelers did it to themselves. Any Steeler fan that hates on Harrison must be crazy. The organization failed him. And you say he isn't loyal? He wanted to stay! He wanted to retire a Steeler!
Not what KD did though. Harrison has the potential to give the pats the whole defensive breakdown of his former team. Warriors signed KD after he was outta playoff contention not prior.
Junior C what on earth are you talking about with the kd thing?? His team was one win away from a finals berth but he choked and left to join the team he blew a 3-1 lead against, THATS betrayal,
Josh Norris I agree and disagree, he wasn't going to the team (linebacker) meetings. I thought he still had something to offer, especially spelling Watt late in the games against extra tall left tackles. James could always get leverage on those guys. James 92 doesn't know all of the signals he does 2 things, Rush the passer and drop into the flats on motion overload. It's more psychological warfare than anything. Kudos to the Pats & James can do what he wants, as can the Steelers.
+Tim Palmer actually thats not true. go under "yourteamcheats.com. very informative. everyteam is on it and the top 4 teams for cheating is denver, steelers, jets and colts. the Pats are in the middle of the pack. it even explains every cheating scandal. lol its funny when Pats do something its cheating, but when other teams do same thing its just getting an edge.
Any negative light that he can add to New England he will and he will spin it to try to make them look bad...stealing signals? Ok...I think in the end he wanted an oppurtunity to play. And that is why I feel he decided this was the best course of action for him.
i think the only reason i like rob parker now is because he brings out the best in shannon. they usually have some entertaining back and forth....that goes for Jack too
Ain't no loyalty in this game , it's about the money. The Steelers have no problem cutting Harrison, so why should he have a problem signing somewhere else. It's about the money...
John nie, I was just saying what was reported on nfl.com on what he signed for. I am NOT a NE fan, I was a James Harrison fan. We won that game when they came here, The refs gave it to New England tho..
Rob Parker be like "Tom Brady got lucky in Pittsburg Again Rob Parker be like "Ben Rothlestberger beat NE in Gillette because he is clutch" Just admit it. You are Patriots hater. This dude makes skip look like really good debater. - Cowboys (and secretly Pats) fan.
lol wtf dude wants to win more. Im sure he rather get paid a mill and win a ring than get 2 mill and play for the browns lol or to play for bellicheck too?
Admiral...any true competitor wants to WIN!!! Of course he wants to make it to the Superbowl. And I hope he contributes on the field & shuts this fool up!!!!!
He was released. No playing time to a younger pass rush. Steelers ranked 2nd in sacks, pats 12th. Glaring need for NE to get pass rush on 3rd down. Also, the Steelers “scheme” is to force feed brown and give bell 40 carries. With their game against NE they played 2 man under ALL GAME. Not much secrets to give up. Just media dopes trying to conjure a story.
Markus Mahadeo that’s an absolute fact. Involves juju more and 4.2 40 Bryant deep. But when Brown is in there he almost commands 20 targets a game and everyone knows it
Lucky Mottu Pats need to cheat by using him for intel lol why dont other teams like them do anything to win well pats either have refs on their side or players
Which scenario is most likely to happen in the division championship game: 1- Harrison sacks Big Ben 3 times 2- Harrison picks Big Ben 3- Harrison makes Bell fumble in the 4th quarter 4- Harrison pick 6 Big Ben in the 4th quarter with less than 3 minutes
I’m a diehard Steelers fan. Nothing can change it and I’m not mad. Steelers released him in the first place. Of course it’s like why the pats but I’m not mad. He did what was best for him and his family. He isn’t Kevin Durant.
Pretty ironic that Rob Parker, who was let go by ESPN and went to FS1, takes that position on James Harrison. Parker didn't just go home when ESPN let him go did he?
rob parker is the ultimate moral compass. whenever youre not 100% sure what to do or how to feel about sth in life, just ask rob parkers opinion and then go with the polar opposite of that. bam, youre solid.
love Rob Parker but his anti Patriots feelings is eating his brain. Once your cut, fired, given up on the team you played for, if you want to still play your loyalty goes with who pays you. Loyalty ended after the Packer dynasty ended
He currently has two rings. But now he has opportunity to get three. I agree with Shannon. The Patriots made a smart strategic move! And let us not act like this does not happen all the time - the timing just made it so very very obvious!
Had the Steelers not asked him to come back, James would be at home watching the games. Instead, they brought him back, then decided not to give him any snaps.
Jacob how is he hating? Patriots dynasty is bankrupting the NFL. They're cheaters in the worst way and Goodell still babysit calls for them. Patriots are winning due to payoffs and rigged games. They stole a fumble from my Raiders... Stole 2 touchdowns from Pittsburgh and Buffalo. How is it hating if it's facts?
@@globalsetdarkpool8276 they didn't steal nothing from the Raiders or the Steelers both of those teams had opportunities to win those games and the straight up laid an egg and choked I may be a Ravens but people seriously need to stop crying about the refs and take a loss like a man....or do you still prefer drinking from a sippy cup
I’m tired of people want to question everybody loyalty getting mad if they go to the opposite team for bettering their chances of winning or just somewhere. Hope better their chances of winning
Refs? Do you know the rules? Do you know what the rules say what a catch requires? Do you know the RULES require the receiver to survive the ground with control of the ball, not have the ground cause the receiver to lose control? Do you know that?
The idea that James Harrison is gonna give new England all the secrets about their defense is ridiculous. There is nothing he is gonna say that's not already on film for the entire league to see. Not to mention that they haven't even begun to gameplan for New England yet
Harrison was told he would play much more this season than he actually did. He got lied to and had every right to request to be cut. TJ Watt progressed faster than they thought and they didn't care about Harrison anymore. The Steelers coaches shouldn't have made a promise they weren't sure they could keep. Harrison felt disrespected so he got the perfect revenge by signing with the pats. I don't see an issue here. Where some people call it more cheating by the Pats, I just see a smart business move. Nothing illegal about it. Lions fan btw. Not biased at all here.
Don't know why people talk about loyalty in sports. These organizations are not your family, you don't "owe" them anything. They look at you as a piece to help them but once they feel like you can't help you they would get rid of you. So when they can't help the player anymore or is not benefiting them, they have the right to leave.
