It's doesn't translate easily into English, but it's a dance song about getting down, showing your style in your own way - as every one in the video is doing. Glad that it's lifting you up - we all need it in these tough times! :)

I don't know whatvthat means buy when I heard the song it brought a smile to my face. It's so fun and upbeat. What do the different Dances mean? The different hand motion s and the balls on the strings. I like those most

@@lequitahicks9076 looked it up the balls on the stick are called Poi balls! And I believe the dance with the hands would be called Waiata ā-ringa which they use their hands, bodies and legs to tell a story! Not 100% sure since I’m not Māori but both fall under Haka which is a generic term for Māori dance

Kia Ora Matua Rob(mō taku hē, I can't address those older than me with their names only, as a Kura kid it is weird) Could we please look into puting english captions into the waiata, as someone who has loved Kpop, I never watched the english translation, however many did as they found it made them understand the vibe a little more.
