I played my first tournament last weekend and as I was introducing myself to everyone on the card someone brought up that I should check out your channel and watch your "pre tournament video". You need a Glitch to play catch. You might find a Polecat replacement. No lie the Glitch is that good. I love my Fission Hex and Reactor. I throw a 167g. Fission will hold its line most of its flight. I use a Pyro for OS slot and a Resistor is amazing as well
I love the glitch. even my noob girlfriend can throw it straight. Hit a 50 ft putt first time on the course with it. Best short range approach disc ive touched.
@@steveolie985 yep. I parked a 205ft hole with it twice and it is so good with upshots and lands soft. Even my daughter can throw it. My son can throw the Glitch on a laser line well past me and yet sometimes we just mess around in the yard with it
I don’t want to say my glitch is my favorite disc in my bag, but it probably is. Also, the fission Hex is no joke. I have one that’s 179 and the balance is so different compared to everything else I’ve got.
@@jkdubya85 I let my son, who is 15, throw the Fission Hex. 1st throw backhand 268ft. Put me to shame. As for the Glitch, I am getting good with it. I can throw it on any line and even flex shots now with accuracy.
The “fidgets nervously” segment is crazy relatable for me. I’d be strained internally right up until that dude was so receptive and wanted to be on camera. Cool moment!!

Hey Robbie! I do photo and video work, and that blue coloring is probably the white balance which adjusts the warmth or coolness of your camera. If you look up a tutorial of your camera you can probably find out how to adjust it. Even the manual if you still have it! 😂
My son bought me a Dagger and a Guard last year for Christmas. I'm not into beaded putters but, since my son actually got me something he knew I loved I tried the Dagger and did like it. Definitely takes some getting used to going from beadless to a bead.

Discmania Genius in active plastic might be what youre lookin for... flips up to flat from hyzer or does nice big left to right anhyzer lines with some fade at the end thrown flat. Love mine!

So cool! I've always heard that dynamic discs beat in really fast. I haven't personally felt that way, but if you're cycling through evaders quicker than expected, you might really like the Discmania Instinct. Not many people talk about them, but they are incredible. Limited on plastics, but the neo ones flip up and go straight as an arrow with no turn, but always fade. I'm a huge fan of 7 speeds, and I've fallen completely in love with the Instinct. Great video as always!

I just put Evaders in the bag this week. Hoping they finally fill that straight-slightly overstable fairway slots in my bag. I picked up a Ricky Evader, stock lucid Evader, and a Holyn Handley Evader.
Justice in ice and the spark in frost moonshine are perfect utility. Spark hard to find, so most ppl will find the Justice to be the ticket. Freaking yellow Lucid Ice justice is just a plain ole anomoly. Thanks for the vid!
I love my Evaders! I currently bag two, but I've got a few extras to cycle in and at least one that's moonshine and always begging to come along when I go golf.
you and I have the exact same distance driver problem. You kept talking and it kept getting more relatable, except that I only have one destroyer in the bag since my Halo wraith is abnormally beefy
You should definitely pick up a few glitch's, they're so much fun to play catch with. I think you'd love them. If and when you get your hands on some please do a video!

Huge firebird thrower I have 4 in the bag. I recently got a thought space athletics construct and it’s a beautiful compliment to the firebird. Plus the stamps are sick
I also like playing catch to warm up and throwing touchy upshots. Used a Beetle for a while and a Polecat, but I've fallen in love with the ESP Zeppelin for that slot.

Nothin wrong with F2's, I have a big selection and always find myself using two of my seconds nearly every round. They're that soft I think Gstar plastic, super reliable flight with lots of glide:)
I'm really a big fan of throwing putters. I would really recommend checking out the pilot it's a slightly stable to neutral disc I think you would like it also a tactic is a good one as well. Keep up the vids love the content love the new in the bag.
Robbie, when you described the way you think about your Sting, it sounds exactly like the Discraft XL (my first disc ever). Only difference between the two is the XL has 5 glide instead of 4. They still make runs of it for Ledgestone, but might be worth comparing the two. Not sure if that helps, but there you go.
I'll throw a few recommendations at you at different slots: Straight throwing putter = Infinite Discs Tomb. Holds the line you throw it on. Loves to fly. #TombGang. Overstable midrange = Terminal Velocity Ursus. Big overstability but also will penetrate as it flies that overstable pattern. Great for forehands. I noticed you didn't have hybrid drivers, like 9 speed stuff so I'll throw three at you. Neutral to understable = Infinite Discs Eric Oakley Dynasty. Looooves to glide! Mine has beat in to flip up on minihyser or work left to right thrown flat. Straight to slightly stable = Finish Line Drew Gibson Era. My favorite mold. It will pop out of the hand so fast you'd swear it was a distance driver but it has that control driver rim. The prototype and first couple runs of more S Line plastic will fly nice S patterns or penetrating hysers. Drew also just dropped some in Composite plastic that have added stability but still that great speed and flight. Lastly, I will recommend a stable to overstable mold in this control/hybrid driver slot = 2022 Jeremy Koling Thunderbird. I had bagged some 2021's but they were a titch overstable so I'd need to really hit them hard to get the little flip up to hyser they are designed for. Along come the 2022's and Big Jerm specifically had Innova tweak the mold to take the stability down a notch and it shows in a terrific straight-to-stable flight with a lot of glide. There you go, Robbie. Give these a shot and even if they don't make your bag I bet you'll like them.
Definitely give the Streamline Drift a try for that 7 5 -2 1 slot if you can’t readily get your hands on Sting. Drifts are pretty easy to get in a variety of plastics
Considering how much its been talked about on your podcast, and how much you’re liking the Z Sting, im shocked to not see a Mint Apex Jackalope in your bag. It’s a beautiful disc
The Blue-ness of your new camera looks like the white balance is set wrong. There should be an auto white balance setting that's typically pretty reliable, and if your editing software is decent you can probably adjust your white balance from there when it screws up. Thanks for all the educational and entertaining videos.
If you haven't tried it, the lone star discs mockingbird is a lovely 75-21 disc. I got two in glow, one a bit more gummy than the other and I'd say new they were just a smidge less stable than my halo leopard3. Now with some use, they're both super workable discs imo. The soft one feels pretty much like kastaplasts k1 soft, and the glow is pretty much equal (if not better) than k1 glow. Not an esp sting, but it's a hell of a disc.
You may want to try an Infinite Discs Emperor if you are stuck between a wraith and a destroyer. Has destroyer speed but is closer to wraith stability.

Glitch is a disc Im waiting on a restock on similar to how you use the polecat. One in the bag, one in the car. For another putter, look at the EV7 Phi smooth glider putter that's slightly overstable. Feels kinda like an Aviar. Lastly. Volt is my Go to fairway. Looking to get one in Fission next to go with my Electron and and Neutron. Probably going to look for a Plasma one too...
Only thing ive found that flys anything like a firebird is the ahti from westside. It beats in a little more than most firebirds ive used but its very overstable and consistent
I'm surprised you didn't have any clash discs in your bag. I'm loving mine. Soda for flippy s lines or huge heizer flips. Salt for reliable stable drives with that consistent fade at the end and my honey for almost identical line to the soda but goes an extra 50+ feat every time
I own an esp sting. Its a little beat in and i dont really throw it anymore because i fell in love with the MVP Relay and I just wasnt a big fan for some reason.
My bro in law has a koi, one of those floppy rubber putters. One of the holes we play has a basket on a steep downhill close to a raging river, and he's lost a couple putters in there. Looks super useful, 99.9% of the time it just flops next to the basket and never rolls away. Cheater. Haha.

Also as a Star Wraith lover, pickup a Streamline Trace 169-171g. I have something you will like that I can't use and am trying to sell but you'd get the most use out of it than selling it to someone. Random thought. I think Dynamic Discs missed the mark by not making a midrange called the Jury and a Driver called the Executioner and putting those in a Starter pack w/ the Judge as the putter.
What is the biggest difference between the Ricky and the Bradley Pig? Ricky pig is hard to get a hold of, should i go for a R-pro Pig or the Pro glow bradley?
The Sting version 2: have you tried the Essence in Lux ? or Neo and Geo ? easier to get your hands on than an ESP Sting. Surprised no AvengerSS or Anax. Champ Beast? Hate the 10 Speeds? Love your Putter game and your channel. I love the Sensei as well, I am a Discmaniac after Innova and Discraft heavy. Also Prodiscus JOKERI is better than the Piggy.
