Netflix newest episode part 1 finale Robby VS Miguel final fight to choose male captain in tournament. Sensei Johnny ask Daniel to trains karate, Robby wins the fight against his rival. #cobrakai #robbykeene #Netflix
They're both VERY skilled. I think it's safe to say that these two goats are the best teen fighters. Very much they are on equal skill levels, which is good to see since they both have been training their asses off since season 1.
@@AdamThelion-j2g I feel the same way. I kinda had a feeling Miguel's gonna lose after watching the scene with Robby training in the night when Robby asked if he trained or not and he said he trained a little bit, which makes it logical Robby would beat Miguel in this scene since he has the bigger dedication to the fight. At least this is how I see it.
@@melissa078 bro only because miguel lost that fight dosent mean robby is the new all and mighty🤣😂😂😂miguel is still better than robby only in that fight miguel had a bad Day and abow that all the writers felt pitty for robby, but let us all remeber who the real goat is thats right miguel😈😈💀☠️☠️☠️💀🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶
@@MangakanewGENI would be that rude about it but I agree Miguel was fueled by his desire to go to Stanford if it was filed by his family issues he would’ve won
@@MangakanewGEN nah. Robby beat a rival he’s always been capable of beating. Miguel isn’t an unbeatable superhuman and miggy stans need to find a way to cope harder with it xx
I wanted Miguel to win, but I’m glad Robby won. This goes to show that if you want it more, odds are you’re gonna win. Robby clearly wanted it more because he was so tired of always being the second best while Miguel already proved he was the best
Also Robby had mentioned earlier as well about how life changing it would be for him, as currently he has no hope for the future where as Miguel is planning on going to college and such. It’s something Robby and Tory echoed a lot as their motivation, to have a chance at success and happiness with that reputation of winning this.
I love how the track in background is Battle between brothers, really cementing they’re brothers at this point, despite the rivalry, Miguel and Robby being at this point makes me happy. Practically unstoppable together.
People arent geting it. Sekai Taikai will have team events to eliminate the different dojos till the last 2 dojos remain. The male and female captain of the respective two dojos will fight for final cup So Robby vs Kwon and Sam vs Tory
@@KungfuPanda-bx3vp Bruv just admit Robby is better When Miguel beats Robby, yall say Miguel is better but when Robby beats Miguel, yall say they're equal
@@imtiyazyasir23 Nah. They’ve always been equal. Literally the only factor of victory when it comes to them is MENTALITY. That’s always been the driving point. In this moment of time, it was focus versus ambition. Miguel wanted to enter the tournament to increase his chances of entering Sanford, meanwhile Robby got a boost of confidence when Tory came back to him. I’m not meat riding either of them lmao. I’m just the rare few that actually consider them equal.
Not really, had the fight lasted longer I think Miguel would've won. I meant a fight with no mats or no points, he already proved it last season. But hey Robby needs this too.
@@nikkotabiolo3378Well we’ll never know, Miguel went 100% and couldn’t finish the job. Since the writers acknowledged they are equals last season it’s time for Miguel’s fans to accept it too.
I still would say miguel>robby only due to Miguel's head not being in the right place like johnny said. Miguel has beaten robby without any rules as well. But either way this is a well deserved win for robby regardless
My favourite part was Robby regaining his composure when two points down, and using Miyagi Do to defend against a desperate Miguel trying to swing for the final point, perfect for Robby to set up a counter
Choreography isn't just about making fights that look cool, it's also about portraying character through the movement. Robby has to come back from a deficit and he adheres to his Miyagi-Do Fighting Style because he was the first to train under Daniel. Miguel's instincts are more about Offence because he first started learning Martial Arts under Johnny. Robby doesn't make the first move and patiently waits for Miguel to attack to take back control of the Match. The choreography is actually excellent not just because of the cool moves, but because they took both characters' respective styles into consideration. One of the best fights in the series in my opinion.
@kylefields3951 Absolutely agree couldn't have put it better myself. This is what I was thinking with my comment too, but you've explained it perfectly
Robby is my favorite character in the series, at first I thought that Miguel would win as always, but the moment Tory arrived, Robby's face changed, I knew that Miguel was already lost, and Robby's comeback seemed so epic to me, mixing his aggressiveness with the balance to win
I was so hype when Robby actually won, I was expecting Miguel to win because the writers screwed Robby over after s1, but nah he finally had his moment
how did they did him dirty? miguel literally never loss a fight before this one, ngl i really dont understand how yall rlly want miguel to win every time. Just let robby win for once, he needs it more then miguel does
@@leedongwook1518 Yea he lost fair and square in that fight no arguments there. But he's still 3-1 against Robby and this is technically his first lost.....
Yeah, his agility and craftiness is his biggest advantage. Johnny taught him to move and be like a snake, slither through openings and my boy remembered his training !
@@MikesCollectiblesV2yeah he destroyed miguel but dont forget that diaz was focused on college while robby was sick and tired of being 2nd place so he focused on winning
@@R8Promethean dude look... robby was worried about tory and thats why he lost two points but after he showed up he was like fcking miguel an miggy was unable to score a point on him
Why y’all acting, even after this fight people are glazing Miguel equal or more than Robby. Most people are saying “yes, finally he gets a win”. That’s not glaze that’s cheering for someone who deserved to win
he seems far more clear-headed as well, this fight is nothing to him, so he’s moving much more naturally and with less thought, he basically enters a flow state by the time miguel gets his second point, meanwhile miguel is stressing about everything going on in his life when he should just be concerned about the fight, highlight of the first batch of episodes for me
All these people saying shit about robby. He is a clean fighter. He always loses by emotions. First time he was injured. In Hawk vs robby, he clearly won but when he looked at kenny he stopped. His emotions get the best of him. It’s not like Miguel was having bad day. Miguel was 2-0 in the fight but robby was still looking for tory. As soon she came he scored 3 points in a row. I like miguel too. But Robby is underrated and he should be considered an equal fighter to Miguel if not better.
He hasn't earned the first place respect like Miguel, who is recognized by everyone as the best and you know it.The production already gave its fans what they wanted so they keep them watching Cobra Kai.
@@melissa078 Nice and clean. And without glazing the character other the other. You are a rare specimen. I don’t know why it’s so difficult for people to accept that Robby and Miguel are essentially equals😭
@@KungfuPanda-bx3vp exactly. I’ve always seen them as equals and this fight pretty much confirms that. They’re both capable of beating each other at any given time 🤷🏼♀️ which is how it SHOULD BE. That’s what keeps the rivalry interesting 😂
@@melissa078robby can’t beat miguel in a street fight where no rules apply. miguel would win a fight to the death. it’s miguel>robby street fight miguel=robby tournament fight. so id say either they’re equals or miguel is better
“way better” is crazy😂the choreography was so good in that fight compared to this fight, robby’s actor going crazy with those kicks, the music, the significance behind it, the fight starting off slow and then getting faster cuz johnny is egging them on, robby jumping off walls and shit
Robby was worried about Tory at first, which is why he lost two points. But from what we can see, after she came, he destroyed Miguel. So I think that Robby would demolish Miguel if she had been there from the beginning.
@@9unslin9er Yea, Robby's fighting for Himself cause he doesn't wanna be second place all the time and Miguel is fighting to get into Stanford. Both had their reasons. Learn the meaning of "selfishness" first before you use it next time.
Robby wanted to win this fight this does not mean Miguel is better nor Robby Robby was more clear headed and more to prove would not have been good for the story if Miguel won again
"Why do you think your father lost to LaRusso? He didn't lose because of that crane kick. There isn't a kick on earth that could've stopped Johnny Lawrence in his prime." "The reason why your father lost, is because he thought he was in love." - John Kreese
But the same thing that happened to Johnny will probably happen to Robby, considering how Tory switched back to Cobra Kai. She will derail him during his fights.
I love how even as friendly rivals and no malice, they still put up a damn good fight against each other. Maybe a little bit from Robby and who knows if thats what gave him the winning edge, but otherwise, always a good match between the two.
Can we all at least agree it was a beautiful fight ? I think it embodies the long road they've been on, and the maturity they have now. It's almost flawless.
I ‘ve waited a long time for this moment, finally my favorite character defeated his rival in a 1v1 fight, robby truly deserved this victory he is the best teen character by far👊🏻🥋
Robby winning here was important. It shows his balance is defined by his relationship with Sam. However, now that Tory is in Cobra Kai, he will be off balance and will either lose to Kwan or Miguel will be put back in as captain to fight Kwan.
One thing I realised watching the show back is that they’ve only ever gotten one clean win on each other Miguel win in s1 tainted becuase Robby was injured Robby win in s2 tainted because Miguel showed mercy Miguel s5 clean win against Robby equally matched Robby s6 clean win against Miguel equally matched Prom fight I don’t really count becuase neither of them I think expected or wanted to fight Basically what I’m saying is they are both equal and it all comes down to who is in the better headspace, who wants it more and who has more balance Favourite character tho
With Robbby’s background the real world would’ve been very tough for him. He literally wouldn’t be able to get a job, or least one that he’s genuinely fond of. Karate is all he has in his future, it brought balance to his life, and gave him purpose he doesn’t have otherwise . He’s so hungry and that will take him far considering he’s really tough. Miguel simply has more options in life and has pretty much been the solidified ONE. He’s not as hungry because there’s nothing for him to really prove again-yet at least. If he becomes a fighter full-time he can make a name for himself as well as Tory. Though she could carry her own weight considering she’s a capable fighter herself.
Keeping it 100 miguel got 1 dirty season 1. Robby got 1 dirty season 2. Miguel got 1 clean season 5 now Robby got 1 clean season 6 part . Could be a situation Miguel is better in a FIGHT vs Robby is better in a tournament. Lets see where the rest of the story goes.
Season 1 and Season 2 aren’t equivalent, Miguel won in season one by fighting dirty but there’s no guarantee Robby would have won had Miguel fought clean whereas in season 2 Miguel had outright defeated Robby then showed mercy and Robby decided to be bad sport, then Miguel destroyed Robby in season 5 Miguel is 3-1 up on Robby, at the very least 2-1 up if you disregard the tournament fight due to foul play
@agnikaineverdies7646 I'm actually with u plus I believe miguel is better at fight in REAL LIFE situations, but the way I depicted it in my statement is how the writers want us to view it like they even when for 5 seasons shows that they are not
@@agnikaineverdies7646 everything was pointing towards Robby winning at full health in S1. He was more mentally balanced than Miguel. Any point where Miguel couldn’t directly exploit the injury went to Robby, suggesting Miguel would have struggled without that option. The S1 and two fights are reverses of each other and are deliberately written that way. Robby is the true winner of S1 with Miguel being the technical winner. Miguel is the true winner in S2 with Robby being the technical winner. Miguel has a fair and square win against Robby in S5 and Robby now has a fair and square win against Miguel in S6. That’s called a rivalry. The og comment is completely right.
@@austinsmith7745wouldn’t go that far. xolo was actually wearing the same head band only the captains wear during set. cant just immediately count him out
Finally an undisputable win for Robbie Every win robbie gets is always shrouded with uncertainty. At least this will make some people stop talking shii about him
It’s so good to see both Miguel and Robby both are doing everything they can to make sure they don’t go back to the place they were before, just wish Sam and Tory could do the same
Honestly watching this fight out s6 context makes it way better. It's a good fight. But it has basically no stakes really. Robbie is fighting to prove himself. Miguel thinks Stanford cares. At the end of the day it's irrelevant. Every other fight they had mattered
@@austinsmith7745 bro Miguel is the most screwed over character in CK. Miggy winning the sekai taikai would only just make up for everything he’s endured
@@Guidomista567no Robby is more screwed he hasn’t won a tournament yet and both tournaments something was holding him whether it’s a injury or distraction Miguel yes he gets hurt but he at least has the respect/recognition unlike Robby
Miguel lost because he focused too much on what he wanted.. that’s something you should never do in a fight because you will lose your focus happened to me once.. and i lost.. but i never lost again after that
@@BigSos1304what plot armor 😂😂😂? Robby is his equal, Miguel never win against robby in an easy way also Miguel won against Robby in s1 because he fought dirty and now Robby finally beats him and you all Miguel's fanboys can not accept Miguel's defeat 😂
Miguel is gonna step up in leaked set Pictures there was a photo of him wearing that Captain Headband i dont know what they are planning but i dont think robby is gonna win because someone needs to face a critical lose against kwon
He’s not gonna win though. Do you remember when Carmen said “it’s not how you start, but how you finish” to Miguel. Robby is gonna get injured due to being thrown off balance by Tory’s betrayal, and Miguel will take his place and fight Kwon in a brutal match.
@@arafhamid1785 yeah and that headband is what represends the captain we know the series they are Not gonna let robby win it wouldnt fufill the Story like he we all know that he isnt going undefeated this Season not saying Miguel is gonna win either but for the fact this Picture Shows Miguel withe headband and kwon being an absolute beast there is gonna be a change of hand in part 2
@@Jay-pn9ky maybe but there’s a good chance it’s Robby’s time to shine since he talked about how much winning this tournament means to him. I know it means a lot to Miguel too but I feel like writers have another thing in store for him
this doesn’t confirm that miguel will win? it only confirms that robby will lead them to victory and that he is gonna fight in the finals. it’s the entire reason they’re fighting so hard for captaincy.
People don’t get why they made Robby win. Robby has had so many second places so at this point, he would go insane if he didn’t beat Miguel. His drive to win was far greater than Miguel. It’s true, Miguel is the better fighter WITHOUT RULES. This is what’s gonna happen. Kwon will beat Miguel, and Robby will beat kwon to break his curse of getting second.
im actually glad robby won this one, miguel this season was just not it, he was fighting for college not caring about robby's future it's DISSAPOINTING.
@@greensussypotato Miguel has a future. Robby doesn’t have a future, Miguel does care it was Robby who took things the wrong way like he always does. Miguel is more of a good guy than Robby is
This was an amazing fight and is better then the hawk vs robby fight in season 4. Only because that fight should have ended sooner but robby hesitated. And for all the Miguel hate and glaze over robby winning, i think its just fair to say that Miguel is overall stronger and robby is stronger with tournament rules
It would be more dope if they knock each other out in that last round making a tie similarly to the Daniel and Johnny fight in S4. But I guess the writer decided to have Robby win for once. If Miguel was focused not feel any insecure about his college then it would actually be a tie where they both knock out each other because they pretty much even. But Robby takes the slight edge due to Miguel been so cocky during this moment. Although I do believe Robby is a better than Miguel in a tournament fight as shown in S1 and this season but it’s hard to tell because whenever they are having a tournament fight, Miguel would be mentally nerf some reason and Miguel is better in a street fight as proven in the school fight and the apartment fight. Overall if Robby was focused and balanced and Miguel wasn’t then Robby is obviously better. If both are focused, Miguel would be better
!!PART 2 SPOILERS AHEAD!! Robby won this fight because of Tory showing up. He was getting pummeled 0-2 when she showed up. Robby is greatly affected by what Tory does. Robby will be the true hero and back out of the tournament and try to convince Tory to do the same because there are more important things than karate. With Tory switching sides I do not believe Robby can win without her on his side. Maybe he finds a way to get her on his side and stay in the tournament and win. That seems like a lot things that have to go right and nothing really goes exactly the way anybody wants on this show.
It was a good kick, AND a good point for sure...but in the real life they didn't want Xolo to be hurt...pf course they don't hit each other for real...they are actors 😒😒
Finally, Robby beats Miguel. Now they really are equally matched. Now Robby just needs to win the big final tournament. Miguel became champion in S#1 & Hawk became champion in S#4 so Robby has gotta be the next champion in S#6🤞🤞 I love the conflicted look on Johnny thru out the whole match, his son vs his greatest protege but you can tell after the match that he was equally proud of both of them and Daniel must be extremely proud to see how far Robby has come especially after Robby realized for himself just how truly twisted Cobra Kai really was.
So does this mean that if Miyagi makes it to the finals, Miguel wont fight? Meaning he can never be the sekai taikai champion? That's what i remember hearing when they were talking about how they need 6 people with 2 captains. If someone knows please explain cause I'm both sad and confused.
Yeah in season 5 the writers literally shove the fact that Robby, Miguel, and Hawk are about even in the viewers face but people still argue about who is better. People are like "Well Robby moved his ankle 3 centimeters to the right at this one spot and it would have been more efficient to move it 1 centimeter Miguel is better" it's just so stupid. They are all great and depending on the circumstance any one of them could win against the other.
