You know, I work in Iraq, parents don't have to tell their girls about being virgins or commiting adultery. The laws and the culture is clear as day. An Iraqi woman will not shake your hand, go into a room alone with you, talk nonsense or give you her number ..it doesn't matter who you are. We must set a standard in our families that even the thought of it causes jitters in their blood stream.
Countries with such laws may outwardly look upright but they are the worst. I was shocked to once read that Saudi Arabia tops in visiting pornographic websites. Never judge things from the cover.
Burale says that we don't fight gays with violence but also laments the gay ruling. But the law by nature is based on force. When you break it, you are forcefully arrested and punished.
Pastor Burale, there’s no law that cannot be repealed. That destructive verdict from Supreme Court can be repealed by parliament and they should do that ASAP.

A very sober discussion. The thing with LGBT is that it's a sin like many others but the difference is that those who push for it want such a sub to be allowed as normal.
Why should we have a debate about LGBTQ in Kenya? Who is debating against who? We are a straight country. Not homophobic, not in denial, just straight.

We used to be strict on our kids about having girls friends or boyfriends early in age but now it has reached a point we would rather encourage them to hangout with their opposite gender...so sad now days parenting is a whole days job.. we might have to remove girls or boys only boarding schools and go for mixed schools

While these days a lot of people are choosing lgbtq, we should not forget there are those with stories sometimes from childhood about the 'struggle and denial until they were advised to accept themselves and then felt better when they did that'. Some went through a lot including being raped etc. That is the most difficult part that should be addressed. I'm talking as a Christian believer who agrees with what the bible says but also with someone close with a story. Still praying for them. But a big contributor is absence of fathers, I have a boy and I teach him the ways of the men. There are certain things my wife cannot do in front of the boy like doing her make-ups, styling her hair etc... WHY?... Because I have seen little boys from single mothers doing the same things. Then I limit what my child has to watch, I never allow phones on him, even when visitors come to my hose they have to know that NO PHONES to my child. I usually appreciate how my father brought me up together with my young brother. All boys need a futher-figures in their lives.

According to science, sexual orientation is caused by a complex interplay of genetic, hormonal and environmental influences. And in animals, same-sex behavior has been observed in several species. My conclusion is we don't fully understand this age-old phenomenon, just as much as we don't understand which came first, the egg or the chicken.
There is homosexual behavior among animals. Penguins, lions, dolphins, sheep and more. But of course we don't justify our behavior based on what animals do. They are not our role models! I am just fact checking Nicholas host's claim that animals don't do gay. Animals also do other things not acceptable to humans eg incest.
