Robert Gordon & Chris Spedding - Red Hot (Live 1980) 

Back in '81 I auditioned w/ my drummer for Robert here in NYC after Chris left the band. Tony Garnier was on bass at the time. Unfortunately, Duke Robillard got the guitar spot. I was good but I was outclassed by Duke anyway. Oh well. Life moved on.

Sh-t - they're dropping a beat in the chorus! Very hot. Spedding best rock n roll guitarist of all time!

Geez, the guitar solo is so 'very' similar to Rock Around The Clock's solo..

Out of all the guitarists Gordon had, Spedding was the LEAST impressive, but was with him the longest. Go figure.
