This was the Robert Guerrero I liked to watch. Fast, technical, great movement, power, and high skilled. What the fuck happened to him when he went up to 147? 🤦🏽♂️
He was a small guy who found out he had to face heavier artillery at welterweight. Had to become more defensive or get KO'ed. If he was able to keep his weight down he would have had more wins, but he wouldn't have got the Mayweather fight which set him up for life.
*it's a shame because this loss spiraled Katsidis career downward! He was a good and entertaining HBO fighter for a while, but as is the usual, all that came to and end just like it came to an end for Robert Guerrero shortly after this win.*

Referee screwed up. That was a real knockdown!and. Naturally Max steps with his comment that it could have been a knockdown even after watching the replay. Then he has the audacity to say that he wasn’t hurt and got up quickly, and that alone in itself justifies the referee’s call. The rules in boxing clearly states that “any part of the body other than the soles of the feet touch the canvas, due to a punch, it is a knockdown “. What a surprise you are unhappy with the commentators. You should mute the fights. The commentators don’t score the fights, but they do have vested interest in one of the fighters usually. What commentators do you like? He said it was a knockdown but it wasn’t a miscarriage of justice not being called since it was early in the fight and he wasn’t hurt.
