Although Robin does look thinner I am looking at the heart and soul of his words. He was a great historian, great song writer, and blessed with a beautiful, unique voice that complimented well when he sang with his brothers.
I love Robin.They really deserve all the Fame They got.Working hard since They were small children .Me too could listen too Robin talk forever.He was so well educated , smart and very gorgeous too.❤️
Yes, these boys were “self-made.” I understand that Barry left school at 15 while the twins, Robin & Maurice left at 13 stating in an interview I watched that they already knew what they’re career would be because they were already doing it. They felt school wasn't going to teach them anything further. Guess they were right!
Such a smart, compassionate, talented man. his voice was the absolute best. We will never see anything like The Bee Gees or Robin again in our lifetime. Sad to see him here though, he looked so sick but he carried on.
When Robin starts talking I could just listen for hours on end!.. Such an interesting man..completely down to earth ..and yet such an incredible genius to boot!
I totally agree. He touches my heart, no doubt, and there is where he lives!!! What an incredible person. How I would love to have met him! Just think all of his tremendous knowledge and intelligence and he didn't even complete grammar school.....utterly amazing to me!!!! I adore this man!!!!
I wish he had written a book. I read in some interview (Rolling Stone?) that he kept notes at every writing and recording session they did, but that they were indecipherable because he wrote them in his own special shorthand. LOL I'm hoping that maybe RJ has those notebooks and can figure out his dad's shorthand and write that book for Robin. It could happen!?
@@mrsjake1828 Dwina is supposedly writing a book as of now, using Robins left behind little notes over the years. She has stated that she is a third of the way through! That's one book that I will most assurdely be purchasing!!!👍
@@gloriamaryhaywood2217 I had read somewhere that she had interview sessions with him over the last few years of his life so she could eventually write that book. Good to see that she is following through with it. I would certainly buy it too. I think a lot of interesting things he never spoke about.

I can see robin is so sick or maybe im wrong. He is a strong willed man- a lost to the music world, a great lost in fact. He is intelligent the way he speaks.RIP robin❤
Many famous people in the entertainment industry started out "dirt poor", I heard Barry say they started out barefooted to school, I'm not famous by any sense of the word but I too started out barefooted in school, we, my two sisters and I, never knew we were poor, we all had each other. I can understand how Barry and the twins felt when going through those times. What wonderful people they are.
What an intelligent , endearing man he was. It breaks my heart to see him struggling to almost speak properly which can only be down to pain killers. His wedding ring is slipping down his finger and he looks so emaciated it is hard to watch him. Yet he still manages to capture his audience and smile. What a dreadful loss he was and far too young to go. I am so glad he and his brothers achieved what they did, so deserved.
That's the thing that I noticed the most. How thin and frail looking Robins hands were.💔 I Adore Robin and his hands were always in motion, whether he was talking or singing. Somebody once stated that if you tied Robins hands behind his back he wouldn't be able to speak!😁 His beautiful hands were so expressive. It's hard to watch these videos once he became so ill and had lost so much weight..... Somebody once told me that regardless of Robin looking so vulnerable (especially when he was so young) that he was, in fact, one tough little cookie!! Yes, he certainly WAS!!💜
Poor Robin.He was such a beautiful man.I couldnt lock at him in the end og his life,because he was so skinny.He remind me og my father at the end of his life.He died from cancer too.It is a terrible illness WHO eating you up from the innside.I loved Robin very much.❤️

They might have been broke (all the more reason for determination), but they had a path practically made of gold, wide open to them in terms of amazing supportive parents who sacrificed what they wanted for their children’s dreams and people they met along the way who recognized and believed in their talent. Theirs is truly a remarkable story. They had angels all along the way. ☺️
