0:40 was always one of my fave parts "Master Robin, you lost your arms in battle! How terrible! But you grew some nice boobs." classic!!! love that movie =) Mel Brooks is king!
I can remember watching this with my dad when it was showing on TV and when the "We'll Fox It!" bit came around and that fox took off in fast forward making dolphin noises we absolutely lost it.
omg, my favourite parts... 'I have a MOLE?!?!?!' and... 'I'm sure there's a ladder around here somewhere, oh, here we are...' *knocks ladder of with butt* 'Oh SHIT!' *Falls & dusts himself off* 'I CAN SEEE!!!!!' *runs into tree* 'Nope, nevermind...'
I love the fact that Robin has an ear in he's chest belt..... I like to imagine it got lodged there when thrown and Mel Brooks said. "CUT, yep we're keeping that you Fresnickets." :P
“We’re men! We’re men in tights. Always on guard, defending the People’s rights! LA LA🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA LA 🦵🏼LA LA LA LA LA 🦵🏼 LA LA LA LA!”😂😂💀
The sheriff of Rottingham is...Robin Colcord!? In all these years it's only now that I recognize him. I found a whole new reason to love this movie. (RIP Roger Rees)
that's because back in the days minorities had hope their status in the society would change. 2020 soon and people are still racist, islamophobic/antisemitic, homophobic and more. they're not the ones to blame.
@Valkyrie Ah Yes. It truly is a shame that generation is gone. Back when we could spit on black people and beat our wives and no one would raise a fuss. Truly the good old days. Hopefully some of them got to see this movie and had a right old laugh before 'they' came and ruined it all.
The part at 1:01 reminds me of a scene in The Aristocats. Is it just me, or does anyone ekse think of the part where Thomas O'Malley says all of the goodbye things when the cats are on the "Magic Carpet"? ;) (the Aristocats is my favorite movie)
The only reason I came to watch this video because I was talking to my son about it and I can’t stop thinking about the scene. When John falls in the river. His comedic choice for the same is beyond being gold. It’s absolutely perfect. 0:29
