Robin takes a Mealworm from my Hand  

I feed the robin with mealworms every morning.
If you want to feed robins the best food is mealworms - moisten the dried mealworms in water for 15 minutes so that the birds get water as well as a nutritious meal. Adult robins feed these mealworms to their chicks, so it's very important to soak the mealworms first as chicks can't drink water when they are in the nest.
