i remember watching this video for the first time when my anxiety had gotten really bad. i could barely eat anything and i would cry at instances where my brain would tell me so many horrible things but i couldn’t shake the feeling. watching this video at like 11 am while eating real food for the first time in a week will always remain in my memories. your videos really helped me through such a dark time in my life and im always so grateful to have been able to heal while still being given the chance to laugh and smile while watching something on the internet (the very same place that brought me to such a dark spot). i know this is probably really cheesy but i saw this in my recommended and had the wave of memories flood back to me. this video got reccomended at a really great time too, considering ive been stressing about school and the world and what has been happening with it. thank you for everything you do, albert!
