I'm no dev but I got some knowledge. Just make a insanly long box as long as the beam and turn collisions off. Lets say hitable players are X and every player that gets hit has a value of true, make only the nearest player get damaged.

There's a slight problem I have with my beams, at certain angles they are not visible, is there anything to do about that besides face camera? When I enable face camera is changes the look of the beam entirely.

Yea we can't really do anything about that, the beams are mostly a png and only face certain angles so yeah...

this is all great but when i test the game and the flipbook has all of the right settings it stops and then plays again after a second, do you know why?
