Wow, strong suction and it even comes with a physical remote control. I think this E5 will be a good fit for my vacation home which doesn't have wifi.

Great review! Very informative. Some doubts regarding multiple floors cleaning. Should there be charging location at each floor if house has two floors and can robot map two different floors?

Yes you could have another dock so it could charge. It can map more than 1 floor. Ideally you want a different vacuum for each floor.

I bought this vacuum, but can't get it to work with Alexa, unfortunately. It is compatible, but Alexa doesn't detect my vacuum despite me using the Mi Home app and Alexa skill as instructed in the manual.

is it ok to use the mop on thin carpets? I´ve used it on my carpet and it doesn't seem like it's a problem so far, just asking to be sure .

Is dream d9 better in cleaning than roborock e5? Since d9 had lidar, wanted an opinion between which should be the right choice

Cleaning wise they should be the same. The lidar should allow for app features like no go zones and such.

You might need to reset it first or move it closer to your wifi router.
