Thank you! So the mop has 4 different types of intensities. Essentially it is good enough to never have to mop again (the Roborock brand also sells a special type of soap for mopping). Only thing would be if you do indeed drop something big (ketchup, or something sticky etc) it probably is smarter to clean that up by hand.

S8 VERY GOOD.

6 months later I'm wondering the same thing. Obviously the S8 has much better object avoidance, but is it worth losing the auto empty dock... Difficult choices

@@stewiecall97 Look at it this way. The robot cleans for you, and tells you when it's full- your only mission from there is to empty it or refill the water. From only emptying it and refilling water takes 1-2 minutes, while vacuuming your entire apartment section can take 15-25 minutes (depending how deeply clean you want it) A docking station can hold somewhere up to 20 - 30 days of worth of robot cleaning if you REALLY wanna forget your robot. It's really a question of what "you" as a person need. We went with the docking station because we want the robot to be able to clean when we're not home.
