I think the sword was kept by Cawl, who brought it with him to Macragge. It was part of his device, along with the new suit of armour. I could be wrong though as the lore tends to evolve, it's just what I read

I don't think the Silent King nor the necrons would be interested in the return of primarchs. There's way more important things for them to worry about like Tyranids, Chaos and the Black Star. As far as they're concerned, Mon-keigh are not a threat.

There's a difference between dark Eldar and craftworld Eldar Plus the Ynnari genuinely want an alliance/ peace pact with Humanity, they want to rebuild the Eldar civilization by destroying Slaanesh. Humans have only to gain by allying with the Eldar The whole reason Imperium citizens have such a xenophobic mindset against any aliens, is because the God Emperor decided that it's not worth the risk to ally with any aliens, so he just decreeted the purge the xenos thing. But Humans themselves have a horrible life in the Imperium, and psykers are automatically killed when their existence is found out. So they would probably have a better life, as vassals for an Eldar craftworld or even slaves, or a life in the first place

@@jasemalvis2140 well, for starter: he begin acting in place of his father duties (since the dude is still rotting on the throne), made a lot of change in a part of empire he govern and changing the Imperium hierarchy step by step. Having a conversation with his dad - first time the holy man "speak" since he sat on the throne about stuffs to come. Make peace with some friendly xeno races. Battling off the enemy xeno and chaos force. Improve life quality. The Imperium of Man is still a shit place to live, but it has gone "less and less" shitty since Gulliman awake. Overall, thing is getting better source: WesHammer
