Thanks for sharing your stories guys! I lost my job 3 months back & it’s been really difficult. This is the first time i’m going through something like this & just living on my savings, no money coming in but bills still need to be paid. I didn’t even realise that i’m going through depression, i literally stayed in bed for 2 weeks, didn’t shower for 2 weeks, still losing alot of hair, i’d stay up all night thinking about life. Luckily i finally spoke to a friend & he was there to just listen & that really helped alot. He lives in a different city & flew me over to spend 2 weeks with him. I am so thankful because eventhough i’m still unemployed/jobless i got to clear my head a little & now i am sleeping better. I am just hoping that i get a new job soon 🙏🏼

I really needed to hear this message. I went through a bone marrow transplant in 2020 after being diagnosed with Lupus. My husband decided to step out during that time after almost 15 years of marriage. I just got the confidence to leave, with an 8 year old and 3 semesters away from my Family Nurse Practitioner degree (DNP). I also lost my little brother in 2022. It’s hard to keep pushing everyday. Thank you for this message!!

Thank you to Claudia, AL and Armon for this topic about life changes. I was laid off from my job 3 weeks ago. I deal with depression so keeping busy is my therapy. Being home within these quiet walls is a dark place to be in and I’ve been struggling to stay above water. Thank you for your words of encouragement and I will, I must and I am going to dig myself out of this sink hole.

I just wanna say thanks to ya for speaking about the bounce back , especially Claudia thanks for touching on the deep depression and letting someone help you , I have been in a rough spot and busting my ass to flip everything upside down and do what I have to do for me and my career. I tend to isolate and suffer in silence rather then let someone in but like you said god sends angels and we shouldnt block that blessing . To anyone reading this comment stay strong and trust yourself and the process , and stay focused on your goals and dreams , hard work and passion always wins . But also show yourself grace and appreciate where you are and what you have accomplished , you have to love what you are and what you have done in order to be open to loving what you are becoming . Reading these comments. First I want to say I hope everyone going through something gets through it and wins on the other side. I😢 I see a lot of you all went through or are going through hard ships. Last year was one of the toughest years of my life. And even though RIGHT now I’m doing Okay, I know that anything can happen.

Yea needed to hear this. . . I was a teacher for years and stuff for the head injury and everything for me changed. The job that I loved. Physically I'm completely different and cognitively I'm still figuring a lot out . . And prior to this I came through a great deal of things easily But recently the last few weeks or so I've been feeling like I should be at the end of the rope and just let it go Butt I needed to hear what it is that I knew somewhere deep inside of me

I absolutely love this episode! As a person who has watched you all individually, I know the power of prayer and focusing on your mindset for the future. Al was one of my professor at FMU and man was he sharp and dapper. You would have never known what he was going through. His energy was always positive and inspiring. Claudia also gives me the faith that it doesn't matter how many times you fall down and get back up just as long as yo ass get back up. 38:55 I am STILL pursuing my bachelor’s degree. College was so fun and full of experiences that I ran out of aid eventually😅 I almost gave up but I kept attending any semester I had the means to. I’ve finally made it to my last semester and am almost to the point of being able to pay for it! Stick to your goals folks, come hell or high water. The testimony will be a treasure to share, trust me

Oh how I needed to hear this message today! I’ve had a recent setback & tbh it’s taking a toll on me mentally. I’ve trying to keep up pretenses but it’s becoming all too exhausting. IM TIRED. I’m so freaking tired . ☹️I would love to be fortunate enough to have someone to lean on or at least someone who cares but I don’t, well not anymore. My parents are dead & Im an only child who has always been a loner. I moved to a new state, thinking things would get better, but no! I befriended a YT girl who ended up stealing my dad’s ashes . Al, keep in mind Alana was a child so she could not spend the money she made. The Mom spent the money on drugs, a home, procedures, vacations, her men, and one of the daughter's college education. The money was supposed to go into a Coogan account where June was supposed to put in 80% and she could use 20%. She did the opposite. She spent 80% and only saved 20%. Also keep in mind June spent the pageant money, honey boo- boo money, dancing with the star's money and the mask singer money. Also remember they were off air for several years after June continued a relationship with one of the daughters allege molester. So, the mom used money from Alana that was not supposed to be used for the items she used it for! Also, you say that there was a lot of drug use to spent millions on, June for her and her man drugs, trips, house etc. also. And.....June told Alana that the government taxed the money 50% which was not true.

I thought they passed laws to prevent parents from stealing from their actor children. The studios should be required to put 50% in a trust so they can get their money once they turn 18. Sad that honeyboo boo has to deal with this. Especially since her own momma did it.
