I was scrolling to see if I was the only one who caught the fact that this uploaded version--though unedited from this starting point--still doesn't show the very beginning of this press conference. It's kinda crazy b/c the clips on the news actually show excerpts that lead up to the beginning of this uploaded video...so we know that even with this the NFL + possibly Roc Nation as well doesn't want to show the events that happened from the beginning of this press conference leading up to the Charlamagne question. I haven't watched this uploaded video in its entirety yet but I believe those clips of Jay-Z being flustered by those questions about standing or kneeling came BEFORE the starting point of this uploaded video...and if that's the case, then that in itself just raises eyebrows. So much that should be addressed about this deal...I have so much respect for Jay as a mogul, artist and humanitarian but this move seems questionable and hypocritical. The phone call to Jermaine Dupri to not do the same exact deal. The fact that he's talking "action items" but no plan of action. The fact that he says he couldn't bring Colin into this deal (that may be possibly true but that one's up in the air). It's just a whole lotta questions and huge concerns. Hopefully there's an end game that overall really does improve social justice as well as gets Colin back on the field, and even includes JD...but right now those things and more seem like none of these subjects and all things related were never really even line items on the agenda to really be not only addressed but also resolved unfortunately. I'll watch this uploaded video in its entirety in the morning and hopefully I'll have a better understanding about this move that leads me to have a more positive outlook.

Not true his conversations are kept private, what if he did tell Collin he working with the NFL to better the community. Jay Z has done nothing but help the community and this partnership will only benefit the black community. Now he has access to go into the NFL and work with players and artist that want to provide their services to better their community in they hometown. I see Jay Z making a huge impact a huge change within communities across America.
