Time it took the hat bois to say something gross: 3 minutes and 1 seconds. The average time currently is: 2 minute and 29 seconds. I will do this on every video as long as my smooth brain doesn't forget.
At the time of the original Space Jam, at least here in the US, Loony Tunes and ilk were pretty common daytime filler material for Cartoon Network. Since then, there's been a few attempts at reboots into something more "relevant to today's youth" that have gone about as well as you'd expect. These days, it's largely faded into obscurity.
I feel like the concept for this game emerged from a _very_ specific corner of the developer's psyche. A corner I didn't really need such a close look at, if I'm honest. :)
Please play the original version of this game in 2D, it is way easier to do flips and flings up the tower and recover because the camera doesn't just spin constantly, makes for way more impressive plays!
How dare you sirs, Looney Tunes are timeless and will/should live forever!!! lol I actually enjoyed the new Space Jam movie! It was ridiculous and silly, just like the first one (and ohmygod the 2D animation was gorgeous, they did such a good job with the animation!!!) Also, since I am a huge Looney Tunes fan, I feel obligated to mention that there are a couple of new seasons of Looney Tunes on HBOMax, strongly inspired by the original shorts, and they feel so much like the originals, they are wonderful! Never thought I would see new episodes of classic Looney Tunes in my life, it has made my tiny lil cartoon-loving heart very happy ;u;
Looney Tunes is awesome, What's Opera Doc is an absolute classic piece of animated entertainment but my favourite episode which made me laugh as a kid and still laugh now is Bugs And Thugs. I still sometimes say "You might, rabbit, you might..."
@@Flashjackmak Those are both such great ones, haha, I really love Rhapsody Rabbit! That episode is what sparked my interest in learning piano! I never quite got to Bugs' level of skill, haha, but it was still so much fun! Also anything with Marvin the Martian is the best, he's mah boi
@@kgapaneseschoolgirlb To be honest, I didn't really expect them to actually go watch them, haha, I just can't help but gush about Looney Tunes when it comes up But also RIP Looney Tunes fans in the UK, it sucks that all these streaming services restrict original shows to just their platform, cuz there's some good stuff out there that deserves to be seen!
@@awesomeaartvark Looney Tunes and Tom & Jerry were awesome introductions to classical music! In fairness, Bugs Bunny is a _very_ high benchmark, hahaha. Oh, the original Duck Dodgers episode is another favourite of mine! Marvin's "Isn't that lovely, hmmm?" _always_ gets me.
From what I can understand from analysing none of the lore clues hidden within the game, the goat is a reference to Tanngnjóstr, one of the goats who pulled the chariot of Thor, meaning the friends mounting each other symbolise Jötunns who are trying to collaboratively build a tower of muscle into the sky to reach the halls of Asgard and slay their nemesis Thor.
@@em_birch hahaha, the image of Sips as a Sengoku period noble just kinda jumps out at me! But I have been reading Hagakure a lot recently to deal with work, so that's probably why. Glad my comparisons are fun for others!
I think the Rock is an ok role model in terms of personality because he generally sets a pretty positive world view but he's a terrible fitness role model because there is no way he's that big and well defined without being pumped full of steroids and supplements which sets an unrealistic target for followers. I don't care if people want to pump themselves full of drugs to reach their fitness goals, it's their body and their choice, but they should at least be honest about it rather than claiming it's all the result of honest hard work (obviously you still have to work hard while on the gear but your results will be disproportionate compared to a natural body builder)
From what I recall in an earlier video it's due to RU-vid not favouring channels that swear, the algorithm pushes it downwards. Someone with a bit more knowledge might be able to correct me if I am wrong.
At this point I think RU-vid just hates the boys. Or maybe it's like moderation on things like TikTok and Instagram where there's no rhyme or reason to who gets punished.
