In this episode I’m fishing at the very top of New Zealand sight casting big snapper as they swim in the burly at my feet. I walk down a big steep walking track to a nice deep looking ledge in search of kingfish snapper and trevally.

Hey mate, I used to have the same problem with one of my go-pros. I found the best way to make sure it records every time, is to pop the battery out and in, it sort of re-sets it and it should be ready to go each time. Just an idea, if you haven't already tried it. Anyway, keep it up, love the videos!
okay, i thought i may aswel let you know, the only other thing i just thought of, is using knock-off batteries will also cause it, but apart from that im stumped. my 7 used to do that, but i have used my 10 hundreds off times and it never does. Good luck sorting the problem!@@OceanNationCo
Great ep, as always. When you're casting fresh bait for snapper, do you cast and leave it out there waiting for the fish to come to you, or do you play with the line?
Do you fish with braid for the snapper and want pound I have a Penn slammer 3 6500 high speed with daiwa j braid x8 50 pound braid with a 60 pound fluorocarbon leader on a Tailwalk Okinawa Manbika P3 100SSXH shore jigging rod
Yea bro that’s all good, I use 40-50lb braid and 60lb fluorocarbon leader. I use the Daiwa free swimmer so the snapper can run with the bait first before striking
