Rock & Metal CD Update - July 2023 | nolifetilmetal Nekar, Stonetrip, UFO, Judas Priest and may more NoLifeTilMetal Merch: anchormerchand... NoLifeTilMetal Records: nolifetilmetalr...
Nice Deep Sabbath. Great they played Hot Line. And seeing Sabbath doing Smoke on the Water would be, for me, a dream come true. The '79 and '81 Priest shows should have great set lists. Very nice you stood right in front of KK. Great UFO.
Hey Scott. when you saw Black Sabbath in 83 in Philly. I’m guessing that was at the Spectrum. If it was, the Spectrum was a great place to see concerts.
Yes. It was the Spectrum. Saw a lot of shows there. Aerosmith, Pat Travers, Dio, Twisted Sister, Sabbath and Quiet Riot, Triumph, Mountain, Ted Nugent, KISS, Queensryche, David Lee Roth…among many others.
I was aware of it but didn’t want to pay the large price when it first came out. The demos are cool but it’s one if those things I’ll listen to once or twice and then it’ll sit on a shelf. More of a collectors item then anything else.
Hi Scott!! killer cd update and a cool stack of bootlegs, most of them i have never seen or heard before, like that Priest with Ripper Owens, that's really cool, also Deep Sabbath, lol!!! and those two live boxsets are really well made. I have no idea about the live Anthrax cd, cool setlist, that's one i would like to hunt down. cheers and be well
The second disc of the Ripper show is in the CD player in my truck right now. The show quality is hit or miss, but I love hearing some of the Ripper songs live that you can't get anywhere else. I'm gonna have to grab that Motorhead rerelease. Just went to the CD Warehouse today...grabbed a very limited Toxic Holocaust for much less that half what they are going for...can't beat that store for prices!
I do not watch many CD updates Scotty. But this one was very cool. Loved the Anthrax boot from here in Boston. That A-Smith studio edits from Brazil would have been sweet if it was all live. Nice packaging. If there is a new Aerosmith album of any kind out there in the hemisphere. You will find it. Always great to hang with you S~ Rob/Boston
Thanks Brother Rob. Yes those Aerosmith boots are fantastic. Well worth buying. The Brazil one isn’t really worth it unless you are just a collector. Always appreciate your comments Rob and miss seeing you on the screen. Most of the old guard are gone.
@@nolifetilmetal1 Thank you Scotty. I did post a new one a few weeks ago. I think you may have seen it. I still have to response to some more comments. Hope you are enjoying the endless summer~
@@nolifetilmetal1 BTW: You are correct when you mentioned a lot of the older VC members are gone. But you and I are still here. I will not jump ship anytime soon Scotty. I have spoken to Lj a few times in the last couple of months. He is still the same rockin' Lj~
I have an extra 2LP red vinyl Priest Demolition I want to sell but not sure how! Discogs and EBay won’t allow it. There both sealed! I don’t do Facebook!
Seems that bootlegs have come a long way since the '90s. I remember those weird Metallica bootlegs from the 90s (like the one with wasp on the cover). I really like Ripper era Priest. It's a shame they've kinda disowned those albums.
