@@zikkicharade haha, good question, but i'm afraid, i haven't reached the level to take interview from musicians and for this i need to have perfect English, so, alas, there is no chance yet... Yes, I'm as big a fan of these albums, as you are and I really really hope, that one day we will see their reissues on vinyl, it's very necessary for W.A.S.P. fans!
This is an excellent interview. I always enjoy listening to Lawless speak he's a very smart man. I'm 43 years old and I've been a fan of W.A.S.P. since I was 10 years old.
Excellent interview. Blackie's music is remarkable in this genera. Not one dedicated fan can say that any other band sounds anything like WASP. As I've aged from a young fan until the present, I appreciate his music even more now.
How cool great interview listening on from Australia, cool to have access to these sorts of interviews from such a great era in music and how certain artist and there songs we can link up to times in the pass or current, will never forget love machine coming on TV and all of us sitting around silent thinking, YEAH !!!! 😃👌
Regarding fans comments, he and his band got me thru the early years of my naval career. Took his music on cruise with me into the realm of the Golden Dragon and across the Equator.
I wonder if he ever care about putting on streaming platforms KFD and still not black enough and make vinyl reissues of them for the first time in 30 years
From interviews and conversations and forums, the band has not had publication rights to them for a long time, due to some weird record distribution laws.

Thank you for this Jacqui! I’ve become a huge fan in the past year of WASP after finding their first singles in a record collection score. I immediately bought the first record which is amazing!
I can sit through any interview with Blackie - he's great to listen to. Always interesting and engaging. Be interesting to see if the new tour really does have 2 hour sets, because (certainly here in the UK) he has a reputation for short sets, maybe 75 minutes or so. Will have to wait till next year for our scheduled show though, it was pushed back from April '22 to next year.
I remember as a teenager, trying to stay up late to listen to interviews with Blackie and then the next day just barely able to make it through my classes much less the whole day.

What's up with the old picture of blackie?why not use a recent picture where he looks like a creepy linda blair,lol. I still love wasp, but their older stuff is way better than the newer stuff.
The older stuff was just party jams. The newer stuff is amazing to me after electric circus they no longer were just another 80s hair band but a band with great songwriting, substance, and maturity
Well said, I am 46 and have been a serious fan since I was a little kid.i was always grateful my uncle introduced them to me.and I love all of their albums but letting chris go was a big mistake.to me chris was a huge part of what made wasp.but it's always been kind of clear blackie was an attention whore and wants all eyes on him. Especially nowadays with having to let everyone know he's a Christian and whatever.i never understood why we need to know what anyones religious beliefs are.just shut up and play music! I hope that Chris recovers and wish him all the best ❤️
