The intruder that rode his bike down the stairs in front of Lord & Taylor was Blitzen. And the one that chased Paul Blart and plunged into the ball pit was Rudolph. The intruders were named after Santa's reindeer.
@jaster1138 Private property, sure, PUBLIC PLACE, yes. The rule is grossly outdated, as it was to discourage people with their big cameras, and larger camcorders, from distracting and intefering with people's duties, and privacy. Nowadays, everyone's got cameras, and everyone uses them in malls, and other quasi-private locations. They need to bother people that are being intrusive, and bothersome, which I tried to be neither. This place is paranoid, anyway....
wow the down chime did a duet with itself! nice mini cross the street. nordstrom escalators look good. said music should spray evenly. its also scenic like the one in worcester. different that it says ONE. cool voice affects. some elevators like to bounce. you would think that both are the same brand. that cop nearly got you! yay elevators look fun. yellow striping helps me see the escalator. after the snow melts i might do this at umass amherst.
@georgef551 it's not a public place, you're thinking of things like a public park, etc. A mall is private property open to the public. Don't confuse unlocked doors as an invitation to do whatever you want on THEIR property.
I'm sure some store names were changed around, but others weren't (like Legal Seafood, in the shoppers fleeing scene, and the Brighams, long closed. Some scenes, many airels especially, were done at South Shore Plaza, like the elevator attack. Burlington is not "air-Freindly" in design.) The cyclist riding down the stairs was featured here.
CAUGHT 3 times, busted ONCE. They are cowards over here. They shut the whole mall down, because a guy carried an UMBRELLA into a store. Was called in as a shotgun. Burlington is a Yellow-Back City.
That's way out there.....There's also unknown status on a few 2-story shops as well. I also missed some elevators, so if I returned, it would be to get them, no gauntlet (too suspicious if I did that right away).
@MegaZeldafan1 Actually, I did all the voiceovers. 100% original, based on their scrambling, and employee help. The camerawork was a tad off, and more jerky, sine I was watching everyone from every angle, which is how I derived the "Heat" Meter.
@CaptainElevator42189 It's a place of over-reaction. Just a few weeks ago, a guy walked around with an umbrella near Nordstrom, two nimrods called the cops, telling them he had a gun. The mall was vacated, SWAT teams, State Cops, was oon the news, LIVE, for 90 minutes, only to find out it was just an employee from the nearby Lahey Clinic with the umbrella. They are cowards over there.
@ElevatorGuy7200 Actually, they do that. One option is to run ads on videos, and leave links, no questions asked, no strikes, or problems. The other options, we all know, strip the audio, or whole video from the site.
What was the music when you were being chased and whats wrong with the indicator on the elevator in sears will there be a retake (proably not right) ..(
@CaltecCenter That's correct. When approching the store from the second floor, you either walk down ramps, or steps, to meet the second floor of Lord and Taylor, 3 feet shorter than the mall, as the mall was originally single-story, so the height difference occurrs.
Ouch, you got busted 3 times. When I went to Mall at Rockingham Park, I rode all of the people movers, except the UP escalator in Lord and Taylor. Nearly got busted 3 times, closest in L&T. Never got busted.
It's more Burlington, than SIMON. They call the police on someone with an umbrella a few weeks later, beacuse it "looked like a gun". Obviously was blind, and stupid. :)
Willow Grove Park Mall is in Willow Grove Pennsylvania. Look at Google Maps! And look for two miniature stores that have elevators and man powered ones: Forever 21 and H&M. Check the mall map!
Oh, so caught vs. busted? I nearly got busted in Salem on Sunday 3 times, as I previously stated. Oh, and I remember when the umbrella thing happened. They interrupted television broadcasts for it.
Did you say in the video that the distance between the first and second floor of the mall is 15 ft. and the distance from first floor to second floor in Lord and Taylor is 12 feet?
@Balarick Someday, I'd like to go there, as well as The Mall at Ingleside (Holyoke, MA). It'll be awhile before another mall Gauntlet, at least a mall owned by SIMON. :)
The Willow Grove Mall is not 400 miles. I went on Google Maps and put on a route from Willow Grove Mall to Burlington Mall and it said 305.7 miles and the time said 4 hours and 49 minutes. I went to South Carolina by car all the way from Pennsylvania! So don't give up!
@Balarick Too bad I already did all that, walking from Crate & Barrel, to Macy's. I usually just leave it to complaining about why they play music so loud. Too easy. :)
@CaptainElevator42189 You know, they didn't know what it was, and we can't be too safe, so it MUST be a GUN! This has to be the 2'nd worst PARANOID mall in the State. (Cambridge-Side Galleria Opression Camp being top coward.)
I want to visit this mall so much! Hopefully I can visit the Macy's Perfume Counter! I love the one in The Rockingham Mall! What's in The Food Court? I do hope they have a Perfumania, a Victoria's Secret and a Spencer's and Hot Topic! My Freind hopes they have an FYE as well! Thankyou for the great Video! Hope I am able to visit there soon!
Beth Cialek They don't have F.Y.E. They have a couple different restaurants in the food court, and there is a Spencer's on the first floor and I think there might be a Hot Topic. There is also a Victoria's Secret as well.
Fabulous Gauntlet, I liked the animation cartoon of a security which the "Busted to Allied-Barton to Escapeometer" came on-screen which I liked, and the voice of security came from one of the South Park Characters, and I'd said Security has been beaten by The Wicked Witch of the West!
@CaptainElevator42189 EXACTLY! There are much bigger issues to keep an eye out for, than someone minding their OWN BUISNESS documenting a mall walk-though. I don't think terrorists would come here, Al Qadea is scared of Allied Bullies...uhh...Barton. :)
I don't understand what 1st Amendment right they tried to violate? Please explain. Malls are private property remember...you have no freedom to even be there if they so choose to ask you to leave. Just cause it's a MALL doesn't make it any less private than a HOME.
