Now it's time to fight the Pharaoh's Curse. Throughout the stage, we'll get afflicted with many different ailments, shown right below our health bar. Some of which included: reversing every button on your controls including the Start button, uncontrollable jumping, constantly sliding, random weapon switching, and only having one slow singular projectile on screen at a time. If you have the Toad Spell, you can cancel these curses. We also have another encounter with Shadow Man. This one is similar to the one in Bright Man's stage, but he's got some more tricks up his sleeve. One of which is an instant kill move, where he will jump off screen and try to land on you. If he does, he will grab you and kill you.
Pharaoh Man himself isn't too pleased with us breaking in and destroying all of his stuff, as he takes things to Bullet Hell levels. Phase One has us outside, with him utilizing his new Pharaoh Shotgun on us. In Hard Mode he fires to volleys at once. But one he reaches his pinch mode, he will destroy the ground using charged attacks, which now bounce in Hard, and then after gaining some health back, with go absolutely berserk during Phase 2. During this phase you will also be afflicted with curses again.
