Wow, this is utterly bizarre, I love how so many totally unexpected things happen, like just when I think it's already super bizarre, like you go backwards through a closer door or somehow fall through the floor into the ceiling or...yeah! Super captivating to watch...
That's completely off base. Why would you think that? There's absolutely no need for a dev room, and there's no way they'd spend the memory on keeping one in anyway. This is arbitrary code execution
It works for me just about everytime on the 3ds version but however doing this glitch on there(as I've been told) has a slim chance to damage the hardware inside the device.
There are two blocks where the game starts and stop summoning the penguin enemy. So if the player moves quickly between these blocks will corrupt the game memory and start doing a random thing. That's what I know.
