What do you mean? The joke was that the two vampire hunters came to Dracula Castle to kill Count Dracula, but when they open the coffin, the Dracula's has already been killed by another vampire Hunter.
I'm going to be honest, I think I might be tempted to watch this just out of morbid curiosity, you could probably do an interesting story about vampire hunters with nothing to do trying to go back to "normal" lives
Dracula never got a sequel. Not any that was worth what you are suggesting here anyways. It's basically the Castlevania method where the story is slightly shifted each time. Yet really the same story overall.
This has been a Hollywood problem since the black and white days. Remakes and reboots and sequels and an utter lack of creativity are... well... standard.
Yes it is pretty standard. There have been something along the lines of hundreds of films based around Dracula over time. Averaging something like two "new" Dracula/Vampire movies every year.
Lack of creativity isn’t the problem. There’s millions of ideas backed up, but Hollywood latches on to the teat of any cash cow that spurts milk and drains it until the cow turns to dust.
This show was just that actually. There are tons of references to modern pop culture at the time. Including a reoccurring superhero named Really, Really Big Man. Who was basically a parody of Superman.
I still would put the stake in. it could had been a rubber one Dracula uses to sleep with to fool those who open his coffin making people think he's already dead
@@stellardethThe real one's been accidentally buried. They were too embarrassed to admit their mistake and dig him up, so they set up their decoy coffin so they wouldn't have to answer questions.
