My forks have been feeling rather spongy so I decided to try out more volume spacers to help them out. So far so good. Easy install, takes 1 special tool I linked below. Thanks for watching and Stay Stoked 🤘🏻

I did that to my temp bike's Rockshox Indy C. First I tried a 1/4" socket, but it made the spring rub. Then I fabricated a bolt and a nut to fit inside the cup where the bolt stem was the exact inside spring width to hold the spring straight. The bolt and another nut screwed tight worked. Take the cap and put the bolt and nut head up. The stem goes inside the spring. it gave me about 3/4" inch more compression. I did that for both forks and they are still adjustable but firmer. I like it when a plan comes together.

Your type of stem can be used both ways you have it with the rise at the top if you wanted to lower the bars you can turn it the other way so its lower i like these stems give alot adjustments

They reduce the volume of air in the fork's air spring, which increases the amount of air-spring progression and creates a greater ramp at the end of the suspension stroke.

So, is this the solution? So I have a question, I have a Trek 6500 with a factory spec travel for the forks of 63mm's, now on Ebay I see a Rock Shox's but with a 100mm travel, a good 37mm's over spec, with these "Volume Spacers/Tokens", will that solve my issue? :)) Thank you!

These don’t fit all Rockshox so it’s hard to tell. These fit newer models so you would have to see what would work on the ones you’re thinking about getting. There’s an app called Trail Head that would help you determine what you would need.

If diving in corners, would a little extra LSC be in order? How did it ride after you added the token?

It was perfect. Just what the bike needed. It’s a heavy bike at 80 lbs. i recently removed a token from my new lighter ebike because I was running 2 and it was 1 too many.

i have some older rockshox revalations and have taken the air cap off but see no threads for volume spacers. How can i moubt some please?

I’m not sure if they are available for them. You would have to see if your fork has an upgrade kit. Use “Trailhead” app and enter the info from your fork’s serial number behind the fork upper and once entered you can find all the info on your fork including psi settings, damper settings upgrade kits, replacement parts etc. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍🏻 trailhead.rockshox.com/en/

I’m very happy with mine. It’s very easy to do also. Takes 15 minutes. It truly has made a noticeable improvement.

What do you guys think of the Fat Mountain bikes? I didn't like them mush at first and I thought they were funny looking. But my research tells me otherwise and that they are great on mountain biking. This one on ebay looks good it has rockshoxs all around WINICE Carbon Fat Bike Electric Bicycle M620 1000W Full Suspension it weighs 79 lbs but I think that has to do with the wheels mostly. The battery is only 14Ah but you can get another one for $300ish

You can get this with the 27.5 / 3 wheels and an extra battery for 28Ah that mounts on and 1000 watts torque sense at 36 mph for $4800 with 190mm rear DMV suspension and have it in two weeks they say EUNORAU Spectre S
