I have a 170mm rct3 lyrik (debonair ) running 96psi 2 tokens and 18% sag and am blowing through the travel quite easily and it can dive quite a lot on steep terrain especially when i have to pull the front brake, should i go 15% sag or go to 3- 3.5 tokens. I ride trail centres and bike parks. Thanks.
Great question - so first off, avoid reducing the sag under 20%, as this will impact the handling, as your taking the compliance away from the front wheel ground tracking - 20~25% sag is the sweet spot. Add more tokens - you can run up to 4 tokens with these, and also look at increasing the LS compression as this will help reduce dive + HS compression which will assist in controlling bottom out.
