I really like the houses in Dallas, Tx and in the future would love to live in the North Dallas area, specifically McKinney, Plano, Frisco, Fairview, Prosper, and Allen area, which of these areas would offer affordability to buy a single family home, great safe community, diversity, and best schools for families.

Sonoma Verde is located in the City of McLendon-Chisholm. There is one tennis court, one basketball court and one sand volleyball court located at the Amenity Center. There is also soccer fields and a baseball field. This master planned community is in a Public Improvement District (PID).

Do you think #Coloradolife people with 2 kids (middle school + highschool) could adjust put there? We are moderately outdoorsy, love sunshine and do not like to sit around the house.

I think you’d enjoy living in Texas. however, you just won’t have the scenic views you do in Colorado.

Is rockwall a friendly place for a person of color? I've only driven through once but only saw like 3 black people. For mine and my children's safety, I'd like to know if this is a hillbilly type place where we'd be harassed or not.

No one gives a crap what color you are in Rockwall. If You treat people with respect and you are good in the community, you'll have no issues
