The 6C gave me one of my best shaves ever yesterday, using the 4/2 plate and a Shark Super Stainless. Number 4 on the first pass, number 2 on subsequent passes. Fantastic. No irritation at all, even on the "problem area" on my neck. Funny, I found the same thing with the number 1 plate; it's so mild that it skips with a slick soap.

Lovely video Paul. You used my go-to razor and plate (Rockwell 6C, R3), and had one of the coolest shaves I have ever seen on RU-vid.👌🏾👍🏾😊. I do enjoy your monologue during your shaves, but today you didn't talk about the meal to follow your shave!🤷🏿😢. Good morning Mrs H. and Paul ! My favorite razor is the Rockwell 6s and, for me, it works perfect on R3 with a Voskhod blade. My today shave will be a full Nivea, cream, aftrshavebalm and Fresh kick lotion. Take care, shavefriends !

I used Feather blades when I first started shaving with a double edged razor after decades of using disposable cartridge blades. I bought a Muhle R41 and wow was it aggressive. Nurse! Come quickly. I then bought a Muhle R89 grande long handle razor and it was much better. Now I have bought a Wahl adjustable razor and I will give it a try in a few months during our NZ summer. Because you asked, for me plated razors give me better glide than stainless steel. Own 6c, plated my Karve in Rhodium, that my 2-cents. Ya have no lights adjusted well gives good shine on back of you head 👍. Great flowers 🌺 the best

Just an observation, surprised you like the coconut shave cream but you don't like coconut in your curry dishes...😉 TOBS in any configuration is great stuff, can't go wrong. I have both Rockwell 6 razors and find the chrome version a little slicker in use but both are stellar to be fair. Thought you would go for plate 6 to start and then decrease for subsequent passes, using a Feather blade had to be taken into consideration... Such a splash of color this morning, thanks Mrs H, just beautiful. SOTD: Capt. Choice "North" soap/splash/balm, REX "Konsul" SS adj. slant razor w/Gillette Swede blade, WCS "Infinity" synth brush, alum and witch hazel...Perfection. I get my best shaves from my 6 S on plate #4.

I do like my Rockwell 6c the sitting on them is 1 and 3, 2 and 4, 5 and 6 great razor, and nice flowers for Mrs H 🪒💈🐦

Looks like the same shave angle as a Gillette slim. I’m going to use my 6c for the first time today after a shower. 👍

I really enjoyed this shaving cream of coconut flavour I have already finished a tub.

I’ve heard the 6C, because of the chrome finish, glides smoothly across the skin whereas the stainless with the matte finish has a bit of drag.

Hi Paul- Great Wednesday shave; thank you! The TOBS Coconut is a nice, mildly-scented soap. I enjoy using it all year-round. The 6C is a favorite of mine. I usually use setting 4, as I am a daily shaver and it seems to work best for me. I’m sure it was fantastic with a Feather blade! Lovely flowers from Mrs H; many thanks to her, as always. the plates are 1 3 then 2 4 then 5 6 I use plate 2 , very nice shave, mine is goldmetal finish , and will stand for a live time, so good quality

Good morning Paul and Mrs H. Lovely flowers this morning. Nice shave as well. I love my 6c. I tend to use it on the 4 plate the most. Unless its been several days between shaves. My sotd was a nice mid week work day shave. My rockwell 6c, simpson t3 brush. Tobac soap and finished with skin bracer. Very smooth shave. Have a great week both of you ☕

Hey Paul great shave 🪒. The lighting looks great. Love TOBS coconut. I also add a bit of menthol to it once in awhile. We've hit cooler weather here in Canada...I'm not complaining 😊. I use the Rockwell 6C in my rotation and really like it. Take care

As coincidence would have it, I used the same brush for my SOTD...along with my favorite safety razor, the 6S (R4 plate), and a Personna Lab Blue blade (3rd use). By the way, Kevy Shaves did a 3-pass BBS shave using only the 6S/R1 a few years back. Until Saturday's H&S, all the best to you and the boss!

Mrs.H is a wonder with the flower arrangements🤩 Hahaha...snap... I'm using the Rockwell 6c this week as well, plate 3 is a good daily shaver for me but I normally use plate 4/2 for my alternate day shaves.🤟🤠

Great shave Paul! I think the new lightning may be a little off. The left side looks really bright and the right side very shadowy.
