Ive been fishing sonce i was 3/4 years old now 33. Not once have i seen them. Nevermind had my licence checked. Still never fail to get one. And i dot my last papr one too. End or an era
They only issue via e-mail now. If you don't have a smart phone or any signal then they can only rely on you giving a correct name and address, which I presume must be on their database. My licence hasn't been checked in years. Shame they don't seem to pick on polluters or poachers. Honest looking folk are an easier target I guess.
He is a nice man that checked my licence so I did not let go the pure venom and disgust I feel for the double standard of those polluting our rivers then giving huge fines for enjoying them without a bit of Government involvement.
@@MikeInOregon , lol I find that one particularly funny because I say soda, and just wrote that on my grocery list this evening. What do we say here? I grew up here, 40+ years, so I thought that was normal. To each his own I guess!! Cheers friend.
