Every time I hear talk about abortion or planned parent hood I can help but think this is all about the preservation of a people due to low reproduction.

So wait a minute… Why is she explaining this the exact opposite way everyone on Twitter is explaining this? Because everyone online seems to think that this is an outright ban on abortion… But reality and levelheaded people like this seem to think the exact opposite. Why are people so willing to be wrong in order to justify their anger?

There is no standard for viability. Viability changes from individual to individual, circumstances to circumstance, ... The multitude of variabilities to viability preclude the idea of using it as a standard.

Why are we arguing over a religious ideology? What happened to separation of church and state? Also, I fear the increase in female suicides, rise in deaths from back room abortions - like in the 50s, 60s and 70s. Roe v Wade - they were not married - right? So, he was a bully/ abusive? United States Supreme Court Griswold v Connecticut 1965 They threw out a State Law that denied married couples the right to use Contraceptives, unmarried couples had that right. 1st, Would police have the authority to search their private bedrooms for proof that they were using them? 2nd It violated the last section of the 1st Section of the 14th Amendment that SPECIFICALLY applies to States and SPECIFICALLY denies them the authority to deny both "Equal Protection under the Law" and "Due Process" 3rd It's exactly what both the Interracial marriage and the Gay marriage decisions are based on. It's not about grating them permission, it's about denying it.

The level of subjectivity that's applied to what's constitutional is very obscured. I'll be as honest as to say the only interpretation that I derive from the constitution is "the pursuit of happiness"... a very strongly subjective phrase of speech.

Men can't even fathom how much they've benefited and continue to benefit from contraceptives and abortion. Absolutely your life would be so different if she wasn't sexually mature and ethically mature. You owe her a thank you she'll never get. The argument is if the fetus is not a person under the Constitution then okay to allow doctor assisted abortions up till birth. Also, If Prolife lawmakers always give absolute immunity in all anti-abortion legislation to the woman then why not allow doctor assisted abortions up till birth??? The woman is free to procure an abortion by any means at any time of her pregnancy up till birth, BUT don't a doctor dare assist with the abortion.

Heartbeat bills are meeting in the middle. There is access to abortion in these bills. But the extreme sometimes pretends like the heartbeat bills so away with abortion. It’s the lying which makes the discussion uncivil. Heartbeat laws DO allow a timeframe for abortions.

So Lisa is saying that "Roe vs Wade" is more like legislation. 4 amendment says that "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.". So nobody (Federal Goverment, Texas Government) should create any law that prevents women not to be secure in their person. Any law banning abortions in any way are not letting the women to be secure in their person. You cannot be secure in your person if you are forced to take a responsibility that you are not prepared for. Now in the 21st Century we have the means to get rid of pregnancies safely so it is against the US Constitution to force a woman to be insecure in their person.

1776- 1973 it wasn't recognized as a right . Then in 1973, the right was 'created' . Now in 2022, it is being recognized again that there is no right expressed in the Constitution. Now it goes back to the States . If it's so popular and supported by the majority, it will be up to the State's to recognize it in the Constitution.

With all this higher intellect going around, why is a man considered a minor. To be fare in all equity to the law, man should have say as to his participation in un-wedded, out of wedlock child birth. Be it supportive or otherwise responsible in any fashion. Free-will should not be selective for women alone.

The ROE court misinterpreted the meaning of the word "Person" to be born or naturalized. Born/naturalized is a modifier that was added on but it is not in the constitution. An unborn child is a "person" within the original meaning of the 1868 Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Everything else you hear is noise, because a person is a constitutionally protected citizen. The whole my body my choice opinion is flawed, you do not have a right to strangle another person simply because you believe your hands are apart of your body. You cannot be morally justified in assuming the right of your body supersedes the life of another person (you can argue an exception for self defense, but it is a far stretch to apply that to abortion). Abortion is clearly wrong, there isn't any way around it. Whatever our politicians and lawyers say nothing and I mean literally nothing changes the immorality of Abortion.

Most women don’t conceive a child in order to test their rights. If a 12 year old girl gets pregnant being raped by her father or brother or raped and having an abortion may be merciful to her, but in any other case, is not the baby being conceived a child and what decent mother plans the death of her child? How about women who do this again and again, thumbing their noses at what is good and decent, depriving one human being after another of their lives? Some have so many abortions, that under other circumstances should indeed be considered as serial killers. Really after the first abortion, doesn’t a woman know what is that causes pregnancy? What about the man who is providing the sperm, it is his child too, what about his parental rights to stop the abortion? Yes, a woman’s body does change with pregnancy and giving birth is uncomfortable and painful. But it is how all of us get here. Why not ask the woman getting the abortion if they are angry at their own mother for giving birth to them? Many women who have had abortions regret their action and are they told that? That they grieve and feel enormously guilty? Some have calculated when their baby would have been born and remember that should-have-been birthday. But these facts are not given to the girl unless this is a part of a form pages and pages long like real estate forms which who reads it all? The girls are not told, they do not see that what comes out indeed looks like a baby! I have listened to those who have survived abortions also, who were thrown into the soiled linen and a nurse took the child across the street and she was saved. Not one of them wanted to be killed when they had no voice to speak for themselves. Some go on to lecture about this. I hope you look in the mirror differently and see the cold, calculating person who is as kind as those who oversaw the death camps in Germany, as we’ve killed far more than they have and they stood trial, but you never will. How is that for justice? There is no right to decide on the part of the baby. Most babies are not aborted because they will be mal-formed, it is based on the whim of the girl or her family who do not want the child nor do they want the difficulty that if the child is born, that they could bond with the child and their feelings may be hurt to give up the child. Why is a person’s feeling being hurt be more important than the baby’s life? I don’t care what sort of degree you have, you lack compassion and wow is that putting it mildly!

Abortion is the only option in certain extreme circumstances. But abortion should never be an easy option to suit unsavory lifestyles choices. If you don't want a child then don't procreate unprotected with men whom you don't intend to have a relationship with, simple. It takes two to tango, so it should be a joint decision should the worse happen. By truly considering the unborn child through education about other none medical interventions, the couple involved could then consider the full list of other potential options. This should never just be an just the easy way out for the country, state or the potential parents! All life should be honored, whether born or unborn!!
