15:50 It varies: sometimes he just stuffs his clothes with oranges, some times he has implants(he even implanted party balls as them once to squirt alcohol), and sometimes he literally just _morphs_ to have them(he once on screen morphed from his regular appearance to a fatter version of himself, and then back). As for 23:10, it started once as a joke in an episode, but it's since expanded to be an in-universe explanation: Roger has super-speed. It's how he does his personas and disguises. He can choose to move so fast that he basically teleport, able talk to people into two different locations without them seeing him move; you'd be facing him and talking to him right in front of you, then him speaking behind you even though he's still in front of you, you'd turn around to see him in a different outfit. One time, when dressed as a sniper, he shot a bullet from a sniper rifle from the roof of a multi-floor building(10+ floors). He then appeared in a different outfit in freefall from having jumped off the building and dived down fast enough to be hit by the same bullet mid-flight. He would do all that stuff previously and hit the ground so fast that his previous outfit and weapon is still on the roof of the building contorted to the figure of his body with the rifle still being held up before they both crumbled to the ground, as if he literally just vanished in an instant without them and physics hadn't caught up yet.
