Yes it was. It was used for Nescafe's Classic commercials between late 7ps to early 90's. But the version that I like the most was the one used on Nescafe's Christmas commercial.
I 've just listened to this original one for the first time, although this is famous and familiar as Nescafe CM in Japan. I remember foreign movies on TV sponsored by Nescafe, with familiy.
Yes, this was made famous by Nescafe in between the 70s and early 90s. The was a Christmas version of this by Nescafe that was marketed in the Philippines and in my opinion it was the most melodic version and I couldn't even find it. I hope someone would post it someday
I am 99% + certain Roger is the same Roger who co-wrote the Carpenters’ hits with Paul Williams. Sounds like something he would have written with Paul.
